Job Summary</b></p><p>
The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in financial planning, analysis, and decision support. This position partners closely with finance leadership and department heads to provide accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic insights that support the organization's mission, operational effectiveness, and long-term sustainability.

Budgeting and Forecasting
</p><ul><li><p>Lead the annual operating and capital budget process.
</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with various departments to gather inputs and develop key assumptions.
</p></li><li><p>Train staff in budget methodology and use of software.
</p></li><li><p>Create, maintain, and improve the numerous sheets and model functionality in the budget system.
</p></li><li><p>Execute the smooth integration of budget and financial data between budget system and financial reporting systems
</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to forecast business performance and inform strategic decisions.
</p></li><li><p>Prepare regular financial forecasts and updates, highlighting key variances and underlying drivers.

</p></li></ul><p>Finance Analysis and Reporting
</p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting, including development of various financial reports in the budget and financial systems.
</p></li><li><p>Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, including preparation of financial narratives and variance analysis.
</p></li><li><p>Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial objectives and initiatives and to help achieve financial and operational goals.
</p></li><li><p>Analyze program profitability, cost drivers, and resource allocation.
</p></li><li><p>Assist with pricing, fee analysis, and revenue optimization efforts.
</p></li><li><p>Provide financial guidance on new initiatives, investments, and operational changes.

<b>Experience and Skills:</b></p><p><b>
Education and Experience</b></p><ul><li><p>
Bachelor's degree with a concentration in accounting is required.
</p></li><li><p>Five years related work experience in budget development and general accounting, including financial statement reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls.
</p></li><li><p>An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is also considered.
</p></li></ul><p><b>Required Skills and Abilities</b></p><ul><li><p>
Excellent written and oral communication skills
</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with budget planning software (e.g., Workday Adaptive Insights) and accounting software (e.g. Sage Intacct)

</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with payroll software and payroll regulations, Paylocity experience preferred

<li>Relaying relevant clinical information to treatment team during daily rounds and as needed</li>
<li>Developing program material and adjusting group therapy content, as needed, to fit group needs</li>
<li>Engaging in crisis management, as needed</li>
<li>Creating and updating treatment plans</li>
<li>Charting in our electronic medical records system</li>
<li>Participating in professional development activities</li>
<li>This position may also include meeting with patients individually for case management</li>

<p><b>Who You Are:</b></p>

<li>Are passionate about facilitating group therapy and seeking an environment to work collaboratively with others</li>
<li>Are a Psychologist or Master's level therapist</li>
<li>Hold the following licenses or education: LSW (or LSW eligible), LPC (or LPC eligible), LCSW, LCPC, PsyD, or PhD</li>
<li>Possess a core skill set of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills</li>
<li>Have prior experience working in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, inpatient hospital, or residential setting (preferred, not required)</li>
