Bartender 
The Post Oak Hotel is seeking a Pool Bartender to join the only Forbes Five-Star Hotel in Texas. We hire passionate and professional colleagues who genuinely delight our guests through curated and authentic experiences.
 
The Pool Bartender will be responsible for preparing drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems.</div> 
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and good presentation, and timed so the entire table is served within a reasonable time frame</li><li>
Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools</li><li>
Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs</li><li>
Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas. Complete closing duties</li><li>
Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications</li><li>
Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests/concerns</li><li>
Attend to tables in the dining area as needed</li><li>
Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and bring issues to management</li><li>
Responsibilities include complying with all federal and state laws, including the FLSA tip regulations regarding tip reporting, sharing, and minimum wage requirements</li></ul>
Qualifications:

 The Goode Company Bartender makes and serves drinks following established guidelines, procedures, and policies for beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards and strictly abides by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors and intoxicated individuals. He or she interacts with guests and staff in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner and rings guest checks, collects cash, and processes credit charges following company policies and procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES
