As a vital part of our facilities maintenance team, you will ensure that all areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout the day, creating a positive experience for staff and visitors alike. Your proactive approach and dedication will contribute to a safe, healthy, and professional environment every day.</p><p><b>Duties - Weekly</b></p><ul><li>Dust horizontal surfaces</li><li>Power wash trash compactor, trash enclosures and surrounding areas</li><li>Hose down loading docks and ramps in accordance with municipal codes and ordinances.</li></ul><p><b>Monthly</b></p><ul><li>High dust all surfaces, including high reach projections, pipes, ledges and light fixtures.
