Position Summary
The Principal Threat Detection Engineer serves as a senior, highly technical individual contributor responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of advanced threat detection capabilities across the enterprise. Front Desk Blue Light Dispatcher Responsibilities: 
<ul><li>
Excellent oral and written communications, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Computer literacy is required, working in MS Windows, Outlook, and multiple alarm monitoring and video surveillance platforms.</li><li>
Oversee the camera monitoring and alarm systems of 60 plus properties to include Fire Alarm systems, Access control systems and video surveillance. Will be required to utilize multiple alert systems, and ensure the information is correctly actioned, routed and distributed to the necessary parties.</li><li>
Must be able to multitask on multiple computer screens and multiple systems, understand the responsibility and liability of each alarm, and the importance of notifying the correct client/tenant.</li><li>
Must be able to deescalate irate tenant/customer calls/ access requests.</li><li>
Maintain a neat and professional appearance.</li><li>
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal).</li><li>
