 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 The Senior Graphic Designer works under the direction of the Art Director, providing design and creative solutions for the marketing needs of our Sportswear business (apparel + footwear). The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for managing the complete graphic design process from initial concept to production, including motion and graphic design. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work and experience in a variety of campaign and digital design disciplines.The successful candidate will be passionate about creating visually appealing and engaging designs that help us achieve our strategic goals.
 
 
 
 Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partners with Art/Creative Director, marketing teams, and internal designers, to develop campaigns and creative executions from concept to production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Concepts around high-level campaign strategy and builds visual centers for upcoming product launches.
 </li>
 <li>
 Designs across mediums including digital, social, D2C, marketing sell-in, activations/events, POP, packaging, and other specialty projects as assigned by the Art Director and Project Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Works with internal and external photographers on campaign and product photoshoots.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborates with copywriters on strategy, details, background, layouts and client direction for various projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Works with the project manager to keep projects on track while managing multiple initiatives at once
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What We're Looking For
 
 
 
 This role requires an associate degree in graphics or a related area; bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred plus at least 5 years of in-house or agency graphic design experience and a strong portfolio of previous work.
 
 
 
 Other Qualifications Include

 Examples of campaign level strategy work and design build out.

 Excellent working knowledge of Mac computers and adobe software. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma and associated design software
 </li>

 Knowledge of photography and lighting

 <li>
 Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
 </li>
 <li>
 Motion and video design abilities required
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of print production
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid attention to detail with strong organization and project management skills
 </li>

 Strong communication skills to effectively present information, respond to questions and work with the cross-functional teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet multiple deadlines

 What We&rsquo;ll Provide
 
 
 
 A reasonable estimate of the
 
 pay range is $85,000-100,000 per year
 
 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range details reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.

POSITION SUMMARY
As a Conflicts Attorney I, you will be joining the Firm&rsquo;s growing and dynamic Conflicts team. The Conflicts Attorney I is a key member of the Firm&rsquo;s Conflicts Department, supporting the Firm&rsquo;s new business and conflicts intake, lateral hiring, Firm growth initiatives, and risk management programs. This role is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving ethical conflicts and related business issues, ensuring compliance with applicable professional conduct rules and Firm policies. The Conflicts Attorney I will collaborate with attorneys and staff across the Firm to facilitate timely and accurate conflict clearance and will contribute to the development and implementation of best practices within the department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul><li>Review and process new business and lateral hire requests, conducting thorough searches on the Firm&rsquo;s databases, and researching entities using internal and third-party resources</li><li>
Analyze search results in accordance with applicable ethical rules and Firm policies; prepare detailed conflicts reports and propose effective resolutions</li><li>
Draft and review engagement letters, waivers, and ethical wall memoranda</li><li>
Conduct legal research as necessary on rules of professional conduct, case law, and jurisdictional issues related to conflicts clearance, lateral hiring, ethical walls, and related issues</li><li>
Advise Firm lawyers on conflicts of interest issues</li><li>
Collaborate with Firm lawyers, Assistant General Counsel, Conflicts team members, and other Firm personnel to resolve conflict and business issues
</li><li>Maintain and update the firm&rsquo;s conflicts database with precise and current information on clients and matters, ensuring thorough documentation of conflict resolutions and any waivers obtained</li><li>
Provide training and support Conflicts Department colleagues, fostering a collaborative team environment</li><li>
Respond to urgent conflict matters outside of normal department business hours and participate in after-hour on-call as required</li><li>

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Illinois applicants only: The target annual salary range for this role is currently $109,000-$142,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. Los Angeles &amp; Washington, DC applicants only: The target annual salary range for this role is currently $114,000 - $148,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. New York applicants only: The target annual salary range for this role is currently $119,000-$155,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule.
