**Team Introduction: **
 Finance BP and Business FP&A is a sub-department of Finance. It aims to improve management efficiency, drive key revenue initiatives, reduce financial risks and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports. This role will be supporting the E-Commerce business unit (TikTok Shop) in the Americas as it expands its footprint. The Finance Business Partner will be instrumental in driving financial and strategic initiatives for TikTok Shop Americas.

<li>Partnership: Become a trusted member of the country's leadership team and provide guidance on financial strategy to the executive team.</li>
<li>Analytics and business support: Conduct analyses to drive revenue optimization, improve expense management and overall P&L.</li>

Qualifications
 
Minimum Qualification(s)

<li>Experience in finance, consulting, strategy, FP&A.</li>
<li>High levels of written and oral fluency in Mandarin are required for this role. This is essential as the collaboration with China-based stakeholders is necessary to ensure local financial strategy aligns seamlessly with Group objectives, manage core financial systems, and safeguard capital allocation through cross-border contract review.</li>
<li>Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and financial analysis; advanced in Excel and PowerPoint.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders; strong logical reasoning and win-win thinking abilities.</li>
<li>Demonstrated team player who collaborates effectively across functions, and skilled at building and maintaining cross-functional relationships.</li>
<li>Self-motivated, agile, and resilient in a fast-paced environment, and has a high sense of ownership and accountability.</li>

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102600 - $159600 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115520 - $209380 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
