Project Assistant 
What You Will Be Doing:
The Project Assistant position is responsible for coordinating and implementation of ongoing program activities as they relate to hospital communications, program monitoring, policy, planning, Legislative Liaison, and Governing Body support. Active role in division-wide mission drives strategic planning process to ensure updates occurring with each committee meeting. Monitoring milestone progress for each strategic goal throughout the year. Will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of an intranet site using SharePoint. Works closely with hospital leadership and cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain an intuitive and user-friendly platform that facilitates information sharing, collaboration, and access to resources across API. The incumbent will be scheduling and attending the Governing Body meetings and sub-committee meetings, running the electronics/computer presentations, preparing agendas, and gathering documents to be covered during meetings. Works with the Commissioner's office to post public notice of Governing Body meetings and archives meeting minutes/packets.

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Supervisor of Dental Assistants is responsible for the supervision and development of the Dental Assistant employees of the Dental department. This position works as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide quality therapeutic and culturally acceptable direct care and skill-building dental services. Supervisor of Dental Assistants is expected to handle assignments that are tied to Joint Commission, Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA), OSHA, Hazardous, Biohazardous, Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement compliance. Practice as an active member of the Integrated Dental Care Team with a level of professionalism that creates, develops and nurtures culturally appropriate interactions. <div>Engineering Assistant 1
Bachelor's degree with a major in engineering, architecture or land surveying from a postsecondary institution accredited by ABET. 
 
Or: 
A bachelor's degree with a major in engineering, architecture or land surveying from a postsecondary institution not accredited by ABET. 
AND 
An Engineer-In-Training (EIT) or Land Surveyor-In-Training (LSIT) certificate issued by a state or the National Council of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors; or verification of passing the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) or Fundamentals of Surveying (FS) examination. 
 
Special Note: 
An applicant who will obtain within nine months a bachelor's degree from an institution accredited by ABET, with a major in engineering, architecture or land surveying, will qualify to apply. An applicant qualifying under this option may receive a job offer conditional upon completion of the degree requirement within nine months, and may begin work AFTER obtaining and showing proof of the required degree.

Engineering Assistant 2

Graduate study in engineering and/or architecture may be substituted for the required experience as an Engineering Assistant 1. (2 semester/3 quarter hours equal one month of experience).

Transcripts which indicate the credit hours earned for the specific coursework may be requested at the time of interview or prior.

Substitutions:

FLEXIBLY STAFFED 
This position is flexibly staffed. It may be filled at the Engineering Assistant 1, Engineering Assistant 2, or Engineering Assistant 3 level, depending on the applicant's training and/or experience. The full range of salaries is listed above. Starting salary will be determined by the level the position is hired at. If filled at a lower level, promotion to the higher level will occur upon successful completion of the probationary period and required training, as well as the applicant meeting the minimum qualifications of the higher job class.
