This includes office-based analytical and reporting work, as well as traveling to any job site in the field to perform conformance checks and support.<br/></p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br/></p><p>&middot; Review DDC Drawings for scope compliance, sequence of operations accuracy, and other contract specification requirements<br/>&middot; Assist in development and of standardized documentation to align workflow with ISO 9001<br/>&middot; Assist in the creation of a standardized file system<br/>&middot; Facilitate interdepartmental QAQC with all departments<br/>&middot; Review and adopt customer quality programs and standards<br/>&middot; Review project schedules and coordinate with Project Managers to ensure timely arrival of QAQC personnel to job sites<br/>&middot; Evaluate onsite teams for QAQC compliance<br/>&middot; Act as Divcon&rsquo;s representative with customer and contractor quality teams<br/>&middot; Facilitate TAB support and commissioning responsibilities alongside site teams as needed<br/>&middot; Ensure construction teams are prepared for major milestones and commissioning<br/></p><p>Qualifications:<br/></p><p>&middot; 3+ years experience in similar QAQC roles<br/>&middot; 3+ years experience working with ISO 9001 standard<br/>&middot; Strong attention to detail<br/>&middot; Proficiency with Excel and Word<br/>&middot; BIM software experience preferred<br/>&middot; Ability to work unsupervised, self-starter<br/>&middot; HVAC Automation experience a preferred<br/>&middot; Aptitude for technical data processing<br/>&middot; Analytically oriented<br/></p><p>Physical Requirements<br/></p><p>&middot; This role requires frequent travel by plane or carto job sites, up to 50% of the time.<br/>&middot; Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout job sites for extended periods<br/>&middot; Ability to climb ladders, stairs and lifts as required<br/>&middot; Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and work in tight or confined spaces<br/>&middot; Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and materials up to 50 pounds<br/>&middot; Manual dexterity to handle tools, wiring, and small components<br/>&middot; Ability to work at heights and in varying indoor and outdoor conditions<br/>&middot; Visual keenness to read schematics, labels, and digital displays<br/>&middot; Ability to hear and respond to alarms, equipment sounds, and verbal instructions<br/>&middot; Capability to safely operate hand and power tools<br/></p>

<br>The "C" Level Technician is responsible for completing preventive maintenance and light line repairs independently with no technical supervision. This individual may also assist senior/master technicians with complex repairs.

<li>Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance</li>
<li>Perform basic suspension and steering diagnosis and repair, basic brake diagnosis and repair, alignments, tire repair, fluid maintenance exchange, tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) repairs /replacement battery check and installation, manufacture recalls if certification level required is obtained</li>
<li>Makes accurate use of the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle</li>
<li>Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory instructions and standards</li>
<li>Stay up to date by reading and understanding factory bulletins, covering campaigns, updates and recalls</li>
<li>Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order</li>
<li>Examine assigned vehicles to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended</li>
<li>Understands and completes required training for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.</li>
<li>Utilize product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management</li>
<li>Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and schools</li>
<li>Continuously expand your knowledge of new technology to gain additional practice</li>
<li>Automotive technical school certifications preferred but not required</li>
<li>Previous automotive experience as a "D" level tech required</li>
<li>Must have good prior work or school attendance</li>
<li>Must have a positive attitude and be a team player</li>
<li>Must be at least eighteen years of age</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver’s license</li>

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>
Be a subject matter expert on all aspects of the Banking Operations department and be able to assist Members and internal partners in all areas of the department (Safekeeping, Letters of Credit, DDA, Member Maintenance and Wires). This includes understanding of all operational areas that is needed to successfully cover the tasks due to vacations or other absences.</li><li>
Responsible for compliance with department internal controls, policies, procedures, FHFA and other regulations. Suggest updates to procedures and assist with the annual review to ensure procedures and policies reflect the current operating environment.</li><li>
Lead projects that impact internal and external applications and processes. Be able to articulate the needs of the department and be the voice of the Member in scrum meetings and other settings that determine project roadmap and timelines.</li><li>
Responsible for documenting and executing test scenarios and test scripts for quality assurance and user acceptance testing.</li><li>
Responsible for writing and troubleshooting new and existing SQL queries and SSRS reports, as well as utilizing Microsoft Power Applications, AI and other available tools to automate processes within the department.</li><li>
Represent FHLB and cover for Director, Manager and/or supervisor on Member and internal calls.</li><li>
Review Member initiated transactions (Safekeeping, Letters of Credit, Wires, DDA and Maintenance) to ensure transactions have been appropriately initiated and are not in violation of current policies or procedures. Exercise sound judgment in processing and release of any non-Member-initiated transactions.</li><li>
Review and update department internal controls, policies, procedures, FHFA and other regulations to ensure compliance and that they reflect the current operating environment.</li><li>
Provide assistance to Treasury Department or Accounting on internal wires and Members on external wires, by ensuring all wires are released in accordance with policies and procedures.</li><li>
Identify out of ordinary processing, potential fraud or other areas that may result in potential exposure and recommend corrective action to protect the Bank and its members. Be able to identify and resolve problems in Bank and escalate or resolve as appropriate.</li><li>
Provide prompt, courteous service to all internal and external customers. Assist in departmental and group cross-training to enhance staff skill building in other areas of the department and group.</li><li>
Ensure all required reporting (daily, weekly, and monthly) is delivered as requested by Members and other third parties.</li><li>

JOB REQUIREMENTS:</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, Accounting or other business-related degrees</li><li>
3 or more years of work experience related to a broad understanding of operational and performance standards as well as experience in back-office operations with an emphasis in Safekeeping, user acceptance testing, or process optimization using Microsoft Power Applications, AI, SQL or other like tools to automate processes and analyze transactional data.</li><li>
Analytical skills include the ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts, and to help others do so. Intermediate Excel Skills, including the ability to work with multiple worksheets, filter data, use integrated functions, and manipulate databases.</li><li>
Understands SQL code and ability to write and troubleshoot new and existing SQL queries working with a star-schema data warehouse, familiar with database navigating, reading tables and views.</li><li>
Experience with Agile project management methodology, writing test plans, test scenarios and test scripts. Testing integrated financial systems.</li><li>
Ability to manage workload, set priorities, and exercise sound judgement while meeting goals and deadlines.</li><li>
