RESPONSIBILITIES:

 We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator with a hands-on, detail-oriented mindset to join the US Calvin Klein Fragrance team. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role will play a key part in executing both short- and long-term brand priorities. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting an iconic global brand within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
 
 
 
 THE ROLE
 
 
 
 As
 
 Marketing Coordinator
 
 , you are responsible for supporting the US marketing team in driving brand growth through best-in-class execution across product launches, merchandising, events, and digital campaigns. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Events, E-commerce, and Global teams to ensure seamless delivery of key initiatives.
 
 
 
 Your main focus:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Marketing Operations &amp; Execution
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own and maintain the US launch calendar, ensuring key milestones and deliverables stay on track
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Senior Marketing Manager (SMM) in preparing retailer presentations, including content updates, product needs, and meeting logistics
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the SMM in building launch trackers, compiling performance recaps, and preparing competitive reviews and trend insights
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with Global and local teams to manage requests and ensure flawless program execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Gain hands-on exposure to budget management, including tracking Purchase Orders and spend reconciliation
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Innovation &amp; Commercial Readiness
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Contribute to ideation of innovative marketing tactics that support retailer partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in creating one-pagers for innovation launches to support Sales and Trade Marketing
 </li>
 <li>
 Track commercial readiness timelines and coordinate updates across Global and local teams
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Digital, Merchandising, &amp; Asset Coordination
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate asset updates and approvals with Global and local teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with ECOM partners to ensure best-in-class digital brand presence, including banners, PDP enhancements, and campaign assets
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and submit Visual Merchandising (VM) briefs and artwork for accuracy (product info, pricing, and brand standards).
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Eventing &amp; Consumer Activations
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the development and execution of the brand&rsquo;s eventing menu and activation roadmap
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with the Events team to bring innovative concepts to life with accurate, timely execution
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Cross-functional &amp; Business Support
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage product inventory and requests for internal teams, events, and external partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update cross functional documents including seasonal sell books and innovation trackers
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the development of briefs to inform Global teams on local market needs
 
 </li>

 Qualifications

 Essential:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;2 years of marketing, brand, or relevant experience (beauty/consumer goods preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills (verbal/written)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 A collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, creative environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion/ interest in the beauty industry and marketing strategy
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Desirable:

 Experience in luxury, beauty, or brand marketing is a plus
