 Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and specialized hires like mechanics, engineers, and showroom executives, leveraging Boolean search techniques and ATS tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Screen CVs, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers (e.g., department heads, reporting managers) for shortlisting and final selections.
