Position Summary
The Provider is the face of Milan&rsquo;s promise. Each treatment blends medical precision with empathy and professionalism so every client feels safe, informed, and confident in their results.
As a Traveling Registered Nurse (RN) Provider, you will deliver laser hair removal treatments according to established medical protocols while supporting clinics nationwide when coverage is needed. In this role, you ensure continuity of care while helping clients understand their treatment progress and achieve their desired results.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Clinical Care: Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards. Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.</li>
<li>Client Education &amp; Influence: Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care. Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes.</li>

Requirements:

Providers must be able to fulfill a 100 percent travel schedule and reside within close proximity to both a Milan clinic and a major airport.

 As part of Strive&rsquo;s interdisciplinary clinical care team, the Nurse Practitioner (NP) will utilize their advanced education, skills, and judgment to deliver advanced nursing care for CKD and ESKD patients.  The Day To Day
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Accountable for patient outcomes and KPI&rsquo;s for a panel of CKD and ESKD patients. Collaborates with external providers to ensure goals, treatment, and care plan alignment.
 </li>

 Obtains patient history, performs physical exam, orders and interprets diagnostic tests and formulates a plan for individual patient short-term and longitudinal needs.
 </li>

 Presents patient cases and provides clinical support for clinical rounds and interdisciplinary team meetings.

 Ensures assessment and plan of care incorporate best practices for chronic kidney care including CKD clinical care (management of all stages of CKD, co-morbidities, ESKD and support of transitions to renal replacement therapy, transplant, or conservative care) as well as participation in shared decision-making and end-of-life/advanced care planning discussions.

 Serves patients and performs patient visits in multiple care settings as defined by role, including patient home, clinics (where applicable), partner MD space (where applicable), and via telehealth/virtual visits.

 Serves as a liaison with dialysis facilities, PCPs, and nephrologists, providing care plan updates to help streamline the transitions in care.

Job Summary: As an Aesthetic Injector, you will be responsible for delivering elective care for cosmetic complaints through various non-surgical injection procedures. This role involves taking medical histories, performing examinations, developing treatment plans, and administering treatments as directed by the supervising physician. You will play a pivotal role in providing compassionate care and achieving exceptional aesthetic outcomes for our valued clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with our practice team, ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and use your clinical expertise and artistic sensibility to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals. To excel in this position, you must be self-motivated, well-organized, and willing to provide clients with exceptional customer care. You should be eager to expand your knowledge base and be comfortable recommending our services and product lines to meet client needs.

Primary Duties:<ul><li>
Provide direct patient care as a representative of the physician, adhering to authorized practice guidelines and state law.</li><li>
Conduct new patient intake, including reviewing medical history, discussing aesthetic concerns, explaining practice procedures, and establishing treatment plans.</li><li>
Perform aesthetic services and other agreed-upon procedures, maintaining accurate medical records of all treatments.</li><li>
Ensure patient understanding that they are being treated by a nurse practitioner.</li><li>
Regularly review delegated patient services and guidelines with the supervising physician.</li><li>
Maintain treatment rooms and work areas in compliance with OSHA standards.</li><li>
Manage inventory and supplies for injectable products.</li></ul>
Secondary Duties:<ul><li>
Collaborate with team members for comprehensive client care.</li><li>
Ensure client comfort and safety throughout treatments.</li><li>
Uphold infection control, sanitation, and safety standards.</li><li>

Requirements:

Education and Experience:<ul><li>
Valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA).</li><li>
Prior training and experience with Botox and Dermal Fillers.</li><li>
2+ years of experience working in a healthcare setting and comfortability with needles..</li></ul>
