</b></h3><div><div><div>The Tomanik lab in the Chemistry Department of NYU is seeking to recruit one postdoctoral associate interested in working on synthesis of complex natural products or new methodology development. This position is based in New York and the selected candidate will be expected to work onsite as of their effective start date.</div><br>

Applicants should be within a few months of completing their doctoral degree or hold a PhD in chemistry or in a closely related field. The ideal candidate will have research experience in organic methodology, total synthesis, or chemical biology. The candidate will also help with mentorship and training graduate and undergraduate students.</div><br>

The terms of employment, which would be for a year, with a possibility of renewal, include a competitive salary and other benefits. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and candidates will be considered until the position is filled.</div>

The Milton and Carroll Petrie Department of Urology has long been a leader in clinical practice, education, and research. Faculty in our Department, which is housed within the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, perform complex procedures using robotics, laparoscopy, and endoscopy, all as a part of our minimally invasive urologic surgery program. The salary range for the role is $66482.07 - $84560 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need.  The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a full-time Research Assistant position. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to join our team in support of one of the projects under our center grant. The ideal candidate will have experience in human subjects research, qualitative and quantitative data collection, and administrative support within a research setting. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of research, from participant interaction to regulatory compliance and project administration.

  Duties And Responsibilities

 The Research Assistant will work closely with the Project Leads to accomplish specific project aims. Responsibilities include

   Conduct participant screening, recruitment, and consenting in accordance with IRB-approved protocols.
  </li>
  <li>
   Facilitate focus groups and support qualitative research activities, including transcription, coding, and data analysis.
  </li>
  <li>
   Enter and manage study data in REDCap, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist with IRB preparation, submission, and ongoing reporting.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain regulatory binders and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support center administrative tasks such as coordinating contracts, processing invoices, and supporting pilot studies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with project staff to ensure smooth project operations and compliance with grant and institutional guidelines.

  Minimum Qualifications

   Bachelor's degree in psychology, public health, social sciences, or related field required;
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum 1 year (full-time equivalent) of clinical or clinical research experience in psychiatry, including direct interaction with individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness.

   Master's degree in psychology, public health, social sciences, or related field

   More than (1) year of experience conducting clinical interviews, psychiatric symptom assessments, or neurocognitive testing.
