   Campaign Execution &amp; Marketing Delivery
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, web, paid social, content, PR, print, brochures, and eDMs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist in developing asset-level marketing materials and positioning.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate production of marketing collateral and branded assets.
  </li>
 </ul>

   Sales Support &amp; Lead Generation
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Support CRM-driven lead generation activities and campaign execution.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work closely with Sales to help deliver prequalified leads and assist with sales enablement materials.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support development of brochures, presentations, and digital tools for client engagement.
  </li>

   Events, PR &amp; UHNW Engagement
  </strong>

   Support delivery of residential events, private viewings, and activations in collaboration with the Events team.

   Assist with PR coordination and content distribution with Communications and agency partners.
  </li>
 </ul>

   Digital, Content &amp; Brand
  </strong>
 </p>

   Support Digital team with execution of digital strategies and campaign rollouts.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist in maintaining website content and digital platforms.

  <li>
   Support with on-site photoshoots and content creation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure marketing materials align with brand standards and asset positioning.
  </li>

   Agency Coordination &amp; Reporting
  </strong>

   Support management of creative, digital, PR, and media agencies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist with budget tracking, timelines, and campaign reporting.

   Help compile performance reports and insights for senior stakeholders
  </li>

  <strong>
   Qualifications &amp; Experience:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline.
  </li>
  <li>
   4&ndash;6 years&rsquo; experience in marketing roles, ideally within luxury real estate, development, hospitality, or premium brands.
  </li>
  <li>
   Exposure to CRM systems, lead generation, and campaign execution.
  </li>
  <li>
   Understanding of HNWI/UHNWI audiences preferred.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  </li>
  <li>
   Previous experience in the GCC region preferred, with understanding of the local market.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset.
  </li>
  <li>
   Commercially aware with eagerness to grow into a senior marketing role.
  </li>
 </ul>
