Campaigns Analyst (Social Media)

<div><p>Moonshot is currently collecting applications for an analytical, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Campaigns Analyst to support the design and implementation of individualized programs aiming to reach individuals at-risk of online harms - such as violent extremism, targeted violence, gender-based violence and information manipulation.</p><p>
The Campaigns Analyst, under the oversight of a Campaigns Manager, will analyze social media trends and data, support the design, implementation and maintenance of advertising campaigns designed to reach target audiences and develop cross-platform pathways to connect those individuals with skilled mental and behavioral health providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and marketing.</p><p>
Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul>
<li>
Monitoring and analyzing social media trends, including engagement metrics and audience demographics.</li>
<li>Monitor and generate regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and opportunities for improvement.</li>
<li>Coordinate with teams to develop ad creatives and messaging that resonates with target audiences.</li>
<li>Conduct keyword research and analysis to inform advertising strategies.</li>
<li>Use analytic tools to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and content.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the intelligence insights team to incorporate emerging trends into strategies for outreach and engagement.</li>
<li>Assist in the creation and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google ads, YouTube ads, and alternative platforms.</li>

Requirements</b></p><p>
Essential:</p><ul>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.</li>
<li>Familiarity with a variety of social media platforms and social media analytic tools.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of digital advertising principles and platforms.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrable ability to work under pressure, taking action and getting things done, both in managing your own workload and that of others.</li>
<li>Inquisitiveness and adaptability, particularly in relation to new technology and the use of social media for research.</li>
<li>Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.</li>

<li>Subject matter knowledge in one of the following areas: violent extremism, hate crimes, human trafficking.</li>
<li>Demonstrable experience with digital marketing on nontraditional and emerging media and social media platforms.</li>
<li>Fluency in languages other than English.</li>
