This is not a sales role. While you&rsquo;ll interact directly with wholesale customers, your primary responsibility is operational excellence. Making sure orders, contracts, systems, and communication are handled accurately and proactively so the sales team can focus on growth and relationships.
You will work closely with our Retail Channel Manager, Fulfillment, Quality Control, and Finance teams to ensure every wholesale account experience is seamless from onboarding through delivery.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Own the day-to-day operational management of wholesale accounts, including onboarding, account setup, and ongoing support</li><li>
Convert Purchase Orders into accurate invoices and ensure contract terms, pricing, and agreements are adhered to</li><li>

DAY IN THE LIFE:

Compensation
 
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $65,900.00 to $109,800.00.

Position Details
 
As the Healthcare Account Manager (HCAM) you will penetrate all assigned accounts and develop relationships to achieve profitable revenue growth within your assigned geography in the Houston metro area . The HCAM partners with sales support, service teams and contract owner(s) to grow sales in our largest local healthcare customers.
