The Assistant Chief of Hospital Police, under the direction of the Chief of Hospital Police, provides assistance in the direction and oversight of all Hospital Police Department functions, initiatives, and activities across the health care setting(s). The Assistant Chief of Hospital Police plans, manages, and continuously evaluates the security operations of a facility to effectively direct the daily operations of the Hospital Police Department. Partners with the Chief of Hospital Police to promote, implement, and direct a culture of safety, and to formulate and institute effective strategies and policies that focus on high-quality results, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.</p><p>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p><p>
1. Participates in the development, implementation, evaluation and enforcement of security programs, policies, and guidelines across the health care setting to ensure the safety of all individuals and property on NYC Health + Hospitals premises.</p><p>
2. Assists in leading and directing the overall day-to-day operation of the department&rsquo;s programs and initiatives. Facilitates process-improvement initiatives and monitors the impact of security on the health care setting.</p><p>
3. Assists the Chief of Hospital Police in collaborating with Central Office Emergency Management and facility emergency manager(s) to ensure appropriate mitigation, preparedness, response and/or recovery efforts with regard to emergency management activities.</p><p>

The Morgan seeks a full-time Visitor Service Supervisor to facilitate and promote welcoming and positive visitor experiences. The position participates in the training, management, and evaluation of visitor services assistants and monitors the implementation of admission processes and visitor policies; provides service to callers to the Box Office and Group Sales lines and processes sales transactions for ticketed programs, events, and group tours.</p><p><b>
Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Train and supervise Visitor Services Assistants in daily operations and public programs support, ensuring superior levels of customer service.</li><li>
Become well-versed in and keep Visitor Services Assistants apprised of all current and upcoming exhibitions, audio tours, programs, events.</li><li>
Become well-versed in and train and supervise the Visitor Services Assistants on the Morgan&rsquo;s ticketing system.</li><li>
Respond to Box Office telephone calls and emails, process reservations, reconcile sales and manage cash handling and accounting processes.</li><li>
Answer telephone calls and emails to Group Sales lines, provide information and assistance for group reservations, prepare invoices and confirmations, and process group payments.</li><li>
