The MGB Cancer Institute is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join the Infusion Unit and ambulatory practices at Mass General Hospital in Boston, MA. The Infusion Unit APP Specialist will work in a recently developed role embedded within our adult infusion unit to serve as an infusion unit first responder, promote infusion services access and efficiency, provide oncology urgent care/symptom management and provide generalist coverage within our ambulatory solid tumor disease centers or hematologic malignancies programs for anticipated leaves and absences.

Join a large and supportive ambulatory oncology and infusion service line Advanced Practice Team in a role that specializes in the care of patients with a variety of medical oncology diagnoses. With an interdisciplinary team approach, this provider will promote a collaborative relationship between providers, professional nurses, research personnel and administrative staff, to provide safe, quality care in compliance with clinical trial protocols across the care continuum.

APP Responsibilities:

<ul><li>While on the adult infusion unit, the APP oversees the care of patients with hematologic and oncologic disorders, serves as a first responder for acute reactions and medical emergencies, partners with primary disease center providers to care for complex oncology patients awaiting hospital admission and collaborates with the Cancer Institute weekend first responder team to provide access for urgent evaluation and symptom management during off-hours.
</li><li>The NP/PA is also responsible for collaborative care of the patient with benign hematological disorders receiving care in the adult infusion unit.
</li><li>While in the cancer institute ambulatory practices the APP Specialist is responsible for the care of oncology patients in the outpatient setting, specializing in either solid tumor malignancies or hematologic malignancies in partnership with primary disease center APPs, physicians, practices nurses and administrative support team members.
</li><li>Flexibility in scheduling as this position may require weekend, holiday and evening coverage as well as variable weekday assignments.

Enterprise Risk Management are looking to hire an Investor Services Risk Analyst to drive our mission; to strengthen and protect the firm and its clients by: (i) Establishing a global framework for identifying and anticipating risks to the Firm; (ii) Supporting our lines of business to execute our program of measuring, managing, and monitoring those risks; and (iii) Driving a culture of risk awareness, transparency and escalation.</p><p></p><p>
The successful candidate will be responsible for proactive identification, assessment, monitoring, measurement, and mitigation of operational risks. Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>
Reviewing the accuracy and completeness of control and process events and analyzing the financial impacts of these events. In addition to the review, assessing the corrective actions effectiveness to mitigate event reoccurrence with the business teams, and escalating matters to the Risk Manager as needed.</li><li>
Monitoring and tracking the progress of the corrective actions and collaborating with peers to resolve any challenges.</li><li>
Assisting in establishing processes, documentation, and controls to manage the various risks across the lines of business, coordinating with internal teams as appropriate.</li><li>
Actively participating in the administration and analysis of risk and control self-assessments across Investor Services by ensuring that a robust review has been completed accurately in a timely manner based on established policies and procedures.</li><li>
Assisting the lines of business with presentations of processes and controls, and report generation as a part of the SOC1 audit engagements with External Auditors.</li><li>
Assisting the SOC1 Program Manager and business with actioning requests from External Auditors as well as performing administrative tasks.</li><li>
Identifying, assessing, and escalating trends, control weaknesses, root causes, and supporting the development of sustainable solutions for the management of risk in the business.</li><li>
Performing risk/control reviews of Operational processes. Developing narratives and process flows as part of the presentation of the findings and recommendations.</li><li>
Participating in the dissemination of business policies and procedures impacting the lines of business.</li><li>
Leveraging existing risk management tools, such as the firmwide risk event database and risk and control self-assessment database to assist in causal analysis of risk matters/incidents.</li><li>
Working closely with the lines of business as the point of contact and peers in ERM, Compliance and Internal Audit to ensure effective and proactive business risk mitigation.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Qualifications:
</b></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree or equivalent working experience.</li><li>
A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in the asset management or asset servicing industry; Fund Accounting and Fund Administration experience preferred; Transfer Agency and Custody operations experience or experience within a risk and control function (Audit, Risk, Compliance, Legal or Big 4 Accounting Firm) is a plus.</li><li>
Strong experience with Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.</li><li>

The primary purpose of this role is to oversee asset protection functions, performing AP and Safety-related activities to support Home Depot's business objectives, such as, but not limited to minimizing shrink, risk and safety incidents, providing on boarding to AP programs, OSHA standards and investigations, training, coaching and response to potentially volatile situations, requiring effective decision making and conducting investigations for assigned DC's. This includes responsibility for data integrity and tracking of various performance metrics across AP activities. The role has experience in asset protection, safety, hazmat, OSHA standards and investigations to ensure Home Depot maintains a safe, and healthy business by providing direction to the leadership team, in assigned stores, related to improving profitability through reductions in shrink, safety, expenses and liability.</p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b><ul><li>
30% Strategy and Planning: Organizes, plans and performs asset protection activities within the assigned location(s) for topics such as shrink, and safety awareness programs, merchandise accuracy audits, training, development and execution of those programs; Implements strategic asset protection plans in partnership with building leadership, and provides support to the leadership team related to improving overall performance as it relates to shrink, safety, accuracy and regulatory compliance</li><li>
30% Delivery and Execution: Participates in the decision making process with leadership relating to decisions about shrink, safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Makes recommendations and provides communication to Sr. Asset Protection Manager, and others; Initiates investigations and resolution of safety, regulatory compliance, and theft related issues. Discusses concerns as they arise with the GM, and HRM. Escalates to Sr. Asset Protection Manager as necessary to protect the company brand, liability and maintain a productive work environment for all associates; Attains performance metrics related to safety, shrink, accuracy, regulatory compliance and expenses, using all available tools, to review the overall safety and security metrics. Immediately reporting relevant issues to GM and or Sr. Asset Protection Manager and implementing solutions to improve the safety and shrink of assigned building(s); Share performance results with DC leadership, Sr. Asset Protection Manager, and SSC business partners to identify areas for improvement and recommend resolutions as it relates to the overall safety, shrink, accuracy, and regulatory compliance</li><li>

20% Compliance: Leads regulatory investigations suc as, OSHA, EPA, state and federal agencies.
