I. Job Summary 
 
The Medical Waste Route Driver is responsible for servicing assigned accounts in the most professional way, ensuring that customers' needs are met on a continual basis for various waste pickup and supply delivery. This role will always provide the highest level of customer service possible. They may also transport waste from either a WMHS location or customer location, to a transfer location or processing location. All Company assigned vehicles are equipped with camera telematics which include inside and outside cameras. In addition, all vehicles are equipped with ELD (electronic logging device) and GPS (global positioning system). 
 
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
<ul><li>Manages assigned routes ensuring customers&rsquo; waste is picked up in a safe, timely and accurate manner.</li><li>
Pick up and transport waste safely according to all federal, provincial, and local rules and regulations.</li><li>
Plans daily schedule based on customers&rsquo; needs by reviewing daily paperwork, e.g., manifest, route sheets, previous VCR, etc. provided by the Transportation Manager/Supervisor or Dispatcher.</li><li>
Follows routing software route schedule.</li><li>
May prepare and load trucks to service select accounts for the day ensuring enough supplies are added. Required to unload trucks at various Stericycle and customer sites; including ensure securing of waste.</li><li>
Pick up specified waste from each customer site scheduled for the day. Ensures that customers have packaged and prepared the waste according to all federal, provincial, and local rules and regulations before transporting.</li><li>
Provide the highest level of customer service to assigned accounts daily, communicating any issues to Transportation Manager/Supervisor or Dispatcher for resolution. This includes, but is not limited to re-routes, adjustments in container sizes, training, etc.</li><li>
Ensures waste, supplies, and material handling equipment are secured prior to operating vehicle on public highway.</li><li>
Ensures that assigned paperwork is completed legibly, neatly, accurately, and completely and returned to Transportation Supervisor or Dispatcher for processing. Ensures DOT Driver Log is completed, if applicable.</li><li>
Communicates with Stericycle Transportation Supervisor and/or Dispatcher regarding any change to route pickups, including address changes, customer not having waste ready for pickup, etc.
</li><li>Ensures that employee covering for specific route is aware of any situations outside the norm in order to provide the highest level of customer service.
</li><li>Reports any problems/issues with accounts to Transportation Supervisor and/or Dispatcher before the close of business each day.</li><li>
Performs pre-trip and post-trip maintenance on assigned truck prior to leaving or closing for the day. Reports any maintenance problems to Transportation/Dispatcher for follow-up.

A day in the life of an inside Property Adjuster, and what it takes to do the job!
As a Moderate Inside Property Adjuster, you will provide exceptional service to our policyholders. Working remotely from your home office, your primary responsibility will involve virtually inspecting damages, investigating coverage, preparing estimates, and settling claims promptly and accurately. You will be interacting with customers, contractors, and vendors through various software platforms such as Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration. This communication will take place through different channels, including voice calls, email, and text messages. This role places a particular focus on water losses, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and resolution for these specific claims. 
You'll wear a few hats that will require a level of experience:<ul><li>
The Customer Service Expert &ndash;you&rsquo;ll live into Allstate&rsquo;s Claims Culture by caring, empowering, and restoring, and you will accomplish that by being compassionate, clear, and a committed partner in each Property claim. You lead with empathy, always.</li><li>
The Investigator &ndash; you&rsquo;ll confidently and independently investigate property claims by performing detailed reviews of damage and interpreting policies to determine coverage.</li><li>
The Effective Communicator &ndash; you&rsquo;ll use phone, emails and sometimes even video chat with customers to help them through a fast, fair, and easy claims process. You&rsquo;ll also incorporate a specific approach to claim handling to offer the customer their preference of communication to efficiently discuss their claim needs and keep them updated on the claim progress.</li><li>
The Negotiator &ndash; You will evaluate and negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, third party carriers and claimants, in accordance with all legal and business standard methodologies. With negotiations, you will incorporate tactics in handling challenging and complex situations.</li><li>
The Problem Solver &ndash;you&rsquo;ll utilize multiple tools to get the job done in a fast-paced environment, including estimate tools, job aids, and additional settlement platforms, all while using your sharp critical thinking skills.</li><li>
The Recorder &ndash; you&rsquo;ll protect the company financially by executing policies along policy agreements, and you keep a clear record of your work in a claims system that you will be trained on. You&rsquo;ll accomplish this by ensuring timely and accurate documentation is completed as you work on each claim.</li></ul>

Office Address - 1120 S Rackham Way Suite 300 Meridian, ID.</li><li>
This position will start off being 100% in office until after production. Once succeeding in position this role will transition into a hybrid role of Monday -Wednesday in office, Thursday &amp; Friday working remote.</li><li>
Monday &ndash; Friday; 8 am - 5 pm with rotational Saturday duty.</li><li>
This role involves taking care of customers in their times of need. As a result, you must be willing to work some weekends and extended hours if necessary.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
1+ years of previous customer service experience required.</li><li>
Previous industry experience is highly desired.</li><li>
Proficiency in using Xactimate and other relevant software for virtual assessments is preferred.</li><li>
Ability to assess property damages and accurately determine claim coverage.</li><li>
Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders remotely.</li><li>
