 The Senior Manager will oversee the management of the activities of Service Provider Compliance Onboarding and organization by ensuring maximum efficiency and accuracy of work for the entire Home Services organization including the subsidiaries. This will be accomplished by driving organizational integration between the core organization and the subsidiaries. The Sr. manager will create strategies, processes and tools that ensure that common platforms are in place for compliance management throughout the entire onboarding team. The senior manager is also responsible for ensuring accurate and timely research of regulatory requirements for all service programs offered by THD. This is accomplished through the vendor management of outside resources for legal advisement and background check compliance processing. The Senior Manager will have oversight over the entire Home Services organization in managing daily operations; including scheduling, performance management, development plans, training, quality reviews, implementing process improvements, developing metric reporting, driving data integrity initiatives and setting strategic direction. Job Description 
A Senior Wastewater Operations Traveling Technician(SWOT) will be trained to operate and 
maintain wastewater plants at several locations around the country. The purpose of the 
position is to assist with new account startups, temporary operations, and to cover our existing facilities while local operators are out on PTO/sick time. The SWOT will be responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of the wastewater plants they visit, including process changes to meet compliance, troubleshooting processes &amp; equipment, operational management, maintenance (routine, reactive, and preventive), process &amp; compliance sampling, laboratory testing, and writing and distributing a daily shift report. In addition, the Senior Wastewater Operations Traveling Technicians will assist with the startup of new wastewater operating contracts until full-time local operators are hired The SWOT will be responsible for training the newly hired operator(s). The SWOT will communicate with the client and with Veolia&rsquo;s Account Manager regarding the operation during their time at the facility. The SWOT will be required to travel and be away from home for extended periods of time - this can range from 1-2 weeks at a time, all the way up to 1 or more months for certain projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Operate and maintain wastewater plants to comply with the requirements of the</li><li>
discharge permit, and each clients&rsquo; expectations/requirements.</li><li>
Provide direction and support (as needed) to the operators on the other shifts, including</li><li>

Conduct lab analysis of the waste streams at various points in the process to verify</li><li>

Your Role &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>

Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Position Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to provide effective management of key cross-functional Supply Chain projects, or to oversee the management of multiple smaller projects being managed by Distribution, Transportation, IP&amp;R or Supply Chain Development Analysts. This is accomplished by applying a standard, defined methodology to the project, and providing the leadership skills necessary to control the execution of project tasks, as defined by the methodology. The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering several key project artifacts and shares responsibility and accountability with the project leadership team for the successful delivery of the entire project. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
40% PROJECT CONTROL - Develops an effective plan for controlling project scope, schedule and cost, and monitors project execution to ensure that the plan is being followed. Creates and effectively coordinates documentation to explain changes or potential changes to the baseline and ensures the approved changes are implemented. Maintains project logs of all submitted changes and their status.</li><li>
30% PROJECT COMMUNICATIONS - Develops an effective plan for communicating project information to the project team and to the project stakeholders. 10% PROJECT RISK MANAGEMENT - Leads the definition of project risks and the required mitigation approaches.
