Responsibilities may be added to or adjusted based on the needs of the business.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:&middot; Answers and routes incoming mainline phone calls.&middot; Greets visitors.&middot; Serves as administrative assistant to the President &amp; CEO, including scheduling, correspondence, and general support.&middot; Prepares and submits state surplus lines filings.&middot; Serves as backup for preparing and processing company deposits.&middot; Completes NAIC uploads as required.&middot; Prepares and submits Florida &amp; New York state filings.&middot; Assists with additional state compliance filings.&middot; Processes salvage recoveries and related documentation.&middot; Prepares the Daily Cash Report.&middot; Sets up new agencies within internal systems and ensures required documentation is obtained.&middot; Assists with surety compliance documentation and filings.Non-essential Duties and Responsibilities:&middot; Performs other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:&middot; Ability to perform each of the essential duties satisfactorily.&middot; Professional verbal and written communication skills.&middot; Strong organizational and time management skills.&middot; Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail.&middot; Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.&middot; High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.&middot; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems.&middot; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Education and/or Experience:&middot; High school diploma or equivalent required.&middot; Prior administrative, accounting, insurance, or executive support experience preferred, but not required.Physical Demands and Work Environment:&middot; Normal office environment.&middot; The employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time.&middot; While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk, see, and hear.&middot; While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to operate office equipment.Pay: $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
