We are seeking a Senior Marine Ecologist to join our Environment team in AECOM Bahrain&rsquo;s Office.
The role will involve leading and delivering marine EIAs and technical advisory services for coastal and offshore development projects, including marine environmental surveys. Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>

 Supervise and mentor junior sales executives or coordinators, reviewing their contracts and lead activity.

 Create and distribute detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Group Resumes to operations teams, ensuring seamless event execution.

 Act as the secondary on-site escalation point during events, resolving client issues alongside the Banquet Manager.

 Analyze monthly group performance reports (pick-up, attrition, ADR) and present findings in revenue strategy meetings.

 Qualifications

 2-3 years of proven experience in sales management, with a focus on groups and events
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience in hospitality, resort operations, or event coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven negotiation and closing abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
