 The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading enterprise-wide programs and multi-project portfolios across the full project lifecycle. This role provides strategic direction, execution governance, and senior-level stakeholder alignment to ensure initiatives are delivered in line with organizational objectives, operational priorities, and customer commitments. The Senior Project Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy, serving as a trusted partner to leadership while driving consistency, discipline, and continuous improvement across delivery teams

   Act as a strategic partner to executive and senior stakeholders, providing recommendations, trade-off analysis, and forward-looking insights to support decision-making.

   Proactively identify and manage enterprise risks, cross-functional dependencies, and systemic issues; develop mitigation and contingency strategies to protect delivery outcomes.

   Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service delivery, operations, and project management practices to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience.

   Partner closely with service delivery, supply chain, TSC, and operational stakeholders to ensure readiness, alignment, and issue resolution across the delivery lifecycle.

   Support complex customer environments by ensuring alignment between contractual commitments, operational execution, and stakeholder expectations.

  Required Qualifications

  <li>
   8&ndash;10+ years of progressive experience in project and program management within enterprise, services, or multi-customer environments.
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrated success leading large, complex programs and portfolios with multiple stakeholders and interdependencies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong leadership and influence skills, with the ability to drive alignment across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Deep understanding of service delivery operations, SLA-driven environments, and end-to-end execution models.
  </li>
  <li>
   Advanced proficiency with Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, and Dynamics 365 CE (or equivalent enterprise tools).
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
  </li>
  <li>
   PMP, PgMP, ITIL, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  </li>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required; Master&rsquo;s degree preferred.
