Qualifications of the ideal candidate:</div><ul><li><div>
Proven experience in video production and editing (preferably in podcasting and journalism)</div></li><li><div>
Proficiency in taping and editing softwares, such as Riverside, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro</div></li><li><div>
Strong understanding of lighting, audio, and camera operation for high-quality video production</div></li><li><div>
Experience with remote recording workflows</div></li><li><div>
Outstanding editorial judgment, and strong communication and collaboration skills</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrated track record of producing high-quality work on ambitious deadlines and experience finding creative solutions to editorial problems</div></li><li><div>
Familiarity with YouTube and podcast distribution platforms</div></li><li><div>
Motion graphics and animation experience preferred</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
