Senior Interface Engineer
1. Internal Interface Identification &amp; Management
Lead internal interface activities under the guidance of the Interface Manager, coordinating across engineering disciplines, EPCC Contractor teams, and internal stakeholders. 
Identify and define all internal interfaces and tie-ins during the concept and design phases, ensuring clarity in the EPCC Contract and alignment with project execution plans. 
Raise principle decisions based on the Concept Study Report to initiate internal coordination and project alignment.

2. Coordination &amp; Follow-Up
Conduct monthly coordination and follow-up meetings with the Projects Department to track progress of internal projects and tie-ins.

Monitor execution of internal projects to ensure they are progressing as per approved timelines and within allocated budgets.

 The job holder is accountable for all interfaces activities during Phase 3.1 project execution from pre-FEED to completion:

 To ensure consistence and correct interfacing with other areas during the various phase of EPC detailed design, procurement, fabrication, installation and animate dedicated transverse coordination between packages as required to ensure all requirements for EPC activities are complied with.

 To oversee the implementation of the interface management process by Project team and Contractor(s), and in particular, to keep the Interface Task Register (ITR) and Interface Document Register (IDR) updated.
 
 To attend all interface-related meetings, including in particular interface workshops, HAZID / HAZOP meetings, meetings with Contractor(s), etc. in order to ensure permanent control of the battery limits.
 
 To organize, control and follow up process to have all deliverables timely issued by contractors for all interfaces, and to control the quality of these deliverables during FEED and EPCIC phases.

Job description:Position OverviewThe Senior Electrical Engineer is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems, equipment, and solutions for various projects. This role involves providing technical expertise, overseeing engineering activities, ensuring compliance with standards, and mentoring junior engineers. The Senior Electrical Engineer works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective electrical engineering designs.Key ResponsibilitiesEngineering &amp; Design<ul><li>Lead the design and development of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, control systems, and instrumentation.</li><li>Prepare engineering drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, layouts, and specifications.</li><li>Conduct load calculations, short-circuit analysis, grounding studies, and system modeling.</li><li>Ensure all designs comply with local codes, standards, and safety regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC, IEEE).</li></ul>Project Management<ul><li>Manage electrical engineering aspects of projects from concept through commissioning.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, architects, mechanical engineers, and contractors.</li><li>Develop project schedules, budgets, and documentation.</li><li>Review and approve project deliverables, submittals, and shop drawings.</li></ul>Technical Leadership<ul><li>Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical oversight to junior engineers and designers.</li><li>Resolve complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.</li><li>Perform quality control reviews and ensure engineering best practices.</li></ul>Construction &amp; Commissioning Support<ul><li>Support field operations, including site inspections, installation oversight, and testing.</li><li>Troubleshoot electrical systems during construction and commissioning phases.</li><li>Ensure proper handover documentation and system integration.</li></ul>QualificationsEducation &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>7&ndash;12+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience.</li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, codes, and standards.</li><li>Proficiency with CAD tools, electrical modelling software, and BIM platforms (AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, SKM, etc.).</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
