If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about managing materials handling operations, this is your chance to make a significant impact in a thriving organization.Duties<ul><li>Lead and supervise all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.</li><li>Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes using warehouse management systems and inventory management software to enhance productivity.</li><li>Coordinate the operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners to ensure safe and effective movement of goods.</li><li>Oversee inventory control procedures, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.</li><li>Drive continuous process improvement initiatives utilizing lean management principles to streamline workflows and reduce waste.</li><li>Manage team performance through coaching, training, and clear managerial communication to foster a motivated and high-performing workforce.</li><li>Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all staff.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in warehouse operations management, including distribution center or warehouse supervisor roles.</li><li>Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, and logistics processes.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners safely.</li><li>Excellent team leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams in a fast-paced setting.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, documentation, and communication purposes.</li><li>Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for materials handling and heavy lifting.</li><li>Effective managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.</li></ul>Join us as a Warehouse Manager to lead our logistics operations with energy, precision, and enthusiasm!
