POSITION SUMMARY
 
The Marketing Manager plays a critical executional role within the Marketing & Communications team at OSF, reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications. This role is responsible for driving integrated marketing initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring work is prioritized, delivered on time, on brand, and tied to measurable business outcomes.
 
This role is for an experienced, highly organized, execution-focused marketer who excels at managing campaigns, content, tools, vendors, and timelines—while collaborating closely with other Marketing Team members, Sales, Leadership, and external partners.

POSITION EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

The Role:

As an Electrical Engineer, you will support the design, architecture, and implementation of high performance electrical systems across a diverse range of projects. You will work alongside a collaborative team of engineers to find and develop the right solutions for the problems at hand and client use case. Key Responsibilities:

<li>Drive design efforts for electronic systems, including architecture and implementation details of circuitry and software/firmware</li>

Lightning AI is looking to hire an AI Platform Support Engineer to join our US Customer Experience team, supporting ML engineers running large-scale training and inference workloads across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and GPU platforms in production environments.

This role sits at the intersection of ML systems, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and customers. You'll support engineers training models, deploying inference systems, and scaling GPU workloads in production.You are not a ticket router or traditional support engineer. You are a technical partner to ML teams - helping diagnose failures, improve reliability, and guide customers through complex distributed systems problems.

The problems range from Kubernetes scheduling and GPU orchestration to distributed PyTorch failures, inference latency, networking bottlenecks, storage performance, and platform reliability. You'll gain exposure to a wide variety of real world AI workloads across industries and help shape the infrastructure powering the next generation of ML applications.

This role is hybrid out of our Seattle, San Francisco, or New York office hubs, with an in-office requirement of at least 2 days per week and occasional team and company offsites. The role follows a Monday&ndash;Friday schedule, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. We are not able to provide visa sponsorship for this role at this time.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"> 

What You'll Do</h2>

Work Directly With ML Engineers
<ul>
<li>Partner directly with customer engineering teams running training and inference workloads in production</li>
<li>Help customers diagnose and resolve complex distributed systems and ML infrastructure issues</li>
<li>Act as a technical advisor during high impact incidents and platform degradation events</li>
<li>Translate infrastructure level issues into actionable guidance for ML engineers</li>
<li>Build credibility with customers through strong technical reasoning and clear communication</li>
</ul>
Debug ML Infrastructure &amp; Distributed Workloads
<ul>
<li>Investigate failures involving distributed training, Kubernetes orchestration, GPU allocation, networking, and storage systems</li>
<li>Troubleshoot PyTorch, CUDA, NCCL, and inference serving related issues</li>
<li>Analyze logs, metrics, traces, and system behavior to isolate root causes</li>
<li>Debug containerized workloads running across Kubernetes and bare metal GPU environments</li>
<li>Support customers scaling workloads across multi node GPU systems</li>
<li>Diagnose performance bottlenecks involving compute, memory, networking, or storage</li>
</ul>
Improve Reliability &amp; Platform Operations
<ul>
<li>Identify recurring patterns across customer issues and drive long term reliability improvements</li>
<li>Contribute to post incident reviews and operational improvements</li>
<li>Build internal tooling, automation, documentation, and runbooks</li>
<li>Partner closely with infrastructure, networking, and platform engineering teams</li>
<li>Help improve observability, operational visibility, and troubleshooting workflows</li>
<li>Improve the customer experience through better processes and technical guidance</li>

<li>Familiarity with storage systems commonly used in ML environments</li>
<li>Experience working at an AI infrastructure, cloud, MLOps, or developer tooling company</li>

<li>Experience writing automation, tooling, or scripts in Python or similar languages</li>

 The Accounting Coordinator is a highly organized, detail-oriented team member who supports the Accounting Manager and helps keep the accounting function running smoothly. This role serves as a central point of contact between accounting, internal staff, vendors, and external partners - helping organize documentation, track follow-up items, and ensure financial information is accurate, complete, and timely.
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as the liaison between the Accounting Manager and internal staff by fielding routine questions, routing requests, and resolving issues before they require escalation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate communication and workflow with external bookkeeping partners to ensure the accurate and timely exchange of financial information.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform bookkeeping duties, including data entry, transaction coding, receipt matching, account reconciliations, and maintaining accurate records in accounting systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect, organize, and submit receipts, invoices, expense reports, and supporting documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate the employee expense reimbursement processes, including tracking submissions, confirming approvals, and following up on missing information.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized and complete records for financial documentation, correspondence, vendor files, approvals, and audit support. Prepare reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Place approved orders for residential site management needs and code purchases to the appropriate accounts/ properties.
 </li>
 <li>
 Place orders for office supplies, equipment, and other approved purchases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track orders, manage deliveries, resolve vendor questions, and maintain professional vendor relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate purchasing requests, verify approvals, and confirm coding or allocation details when needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reconcile purchasing activity and ensure receipts, invoices, and supporting documentation are captured and filed appropriately.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support other accounting, administrative, and special projects as needed.

Business Intelligence (BI) Engineers are responsible for the successful delivery, design, and support of high visibility desktop reports, mobile reports, and dashboards. BI Engineers leverage BI applications in accordance with application development standards and best practices. BI Engineers work closely with Product Owners and UI/UX Designers during wireframe and prototype development. This role will also engage with Architects (Solution/Data), Engineers (Data, Platforms, DevOps, etc.), and Stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate, high performing, and reliable BI products and solutions to end-users. BI Engineers identify ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality of data management required for building BI applications and reports.

Owns responsibility for end-to-end development and support of Costco&rsquo;s BI reporting environments for ongoing metrics, reports, dashboards, etc.</div></li><li><div>
Assists in the design and development of proof of concept and prototype application environments.</div></li><li><div>
Adopts and adapts to newly approved technologies, programming languages, tools, and standards for business intelligence.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborates to ensure application designs utilize appropriate patterns and standards.</div></li><li><div>
Documents BI application specifications and produces operational support manuals.</div></li><li><div>
Analyzes business needs and software requirements to determine the feasibility of design within time and cost constraints, including the ability to estimate work needed.</div></li><li><div>
Identifies and interprets trends, patterns, and correlations among various data points.
</div></li><li><div>Assesses functional and nonfunctional requirements and creates designs to meet both business and technical needs.</div></li><li><div>
Designs builds and maintains automated reporting, dashboards, and analysis to enable teams to self-service data needs.</div></li><li><div>
Supports defining technical requirements, such as tool or platform selection criteria for the reporting environments.</div></li><li><div>
Assists in solution design efforts (i.e. analysis, data warehouse design, architecture) and understands the data warehouse or data marts implementation related to BI.</div></li><li><div>
Takes full responsibility for the balance between functional, system management, and service quality.</div></li><li><div>
Ensures the appropriate BI architectural standards are adhered to.</div></li><li><div>
Tests and resolves problems, performs root cause analysis, identifies gaps, recommends solutions and preventative measures.</div></li><li><div>
Automates, documents, shares, educates, delegates, and improves processes.</div></li><li><div>
Applies knowledge to practical and sustainable applications and capabilities.</div></li><li><div>
Partners with product owners, product managers, the solution leads, and other stakeholders to create and maintain robust datasets and models to support reporting and self-service solutions.</div></li><li><div>
Builds prototypes and wireframes of potential features.</div></li><li><div>
Translates business needs into technical specifications to deliver customized reporting and software solutions (BI, Advanced analytics, APIs/Services).</div></li><li><div>
Works in tandem with BI/Solution Architects, Data Architects, Data Stewards, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Quality Engineers to design efficient visualizations, score cards, dashboards, reports; and recommends ongoing optimization of BI data models, data sets, and data quality.</div></li><li><div>
Oversees the end-to-end development and support of Costco&rsquo;s BI reporting environments for ongoing metrics, reports, dashboards using Power BI, Power App, Power Automate, Airflow, UC4, Cloud Run, Azure Functions, and other technologies as needed.</div></li><li><div>
Creates data visualizations that illustrate data learnings and insights in an understandable and user-friendly manner through software UI / UX design using Power BI and other tools as needed.</div></li><li><div>
Creates, refines, and optimizes dashboards for reporting applications by connecting to one or many of the following: Big Query, Oracle, SAP BW, SAP HANA, and Azure services, such as Azure SQL DW (Synapse), ADLS, Cosmos, Databricks, Delta-Lake and fabric mirroring to improve and speed up delivery of BI solutions.</div></li><li><div>
Identifies, designs, and implements internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing BI capabilities.</div></li><li><div>
Identifies ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality of data management required for building BI applications and reports.</div></li><li><div>
Communicates technical concepts to non-technical audiences both in written and verbal form.</div></li><li><div>
Performs peer reviews for other BI engineers&rsquo; work.</div></li></ul>
REQUIRED<ul><li><div>
3+ years&rsquo; experience working with BI technologies and tools, such as Microsoft Power BI, IBM Cognos, SAP Webi and Tableau; proven and successful implementations of Microsoft Power BI.</div></li><li><div>
2+ years&rsquo; of experience with Power BI.</div></li><li><div>
1+ years&rsquo; using programing languages, such as DAX, MDX, SQL, Python, Java, C#</div></li><li><div>
1+ years&rsquo; BI related experience using ETL, Data warehousing management, Data Mining, Report Designer or development; ability to write complex SQL queries against a variety of data sources.</div></li><li><div>
Experience in using Azure cloud architecture, low code power apps, visualization technologies.</div></li><li><div>
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.</div></li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

BA/BS or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent software/services experience.</div></li><li><div>

Experience with Git / Azure DevOps.</div></li><li><div>

Experience with Airflow, UC4 Job Scheduler (or similar Job Schedulers), Cloud Run and Power Automate toolset.</div></li><li><div>
