Learning, Engagement &amp; LMS<ul><li>
Serve as primary owner for internal survey administration, analysis, and reporting, delivering clear insights and recommendations.</li><li>
Support learning content management, including maintaining organization, accuracy, and overall LMS hygiene.</li><li>
Participate in planning and execution of learning sessions, including facilitation, content delivery and post-session follow-up.</li><li>
Coordinate logistics for learning programs and events, including scheduling, communications, and on-site/virtual setup and breakdown.</li></ul>

Qualifications<ul><li>
Required<ul><li>
2&ndash;4 years of HR, culture, talent acquisition, or related experience.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree including coursework in HR or finance.</li><li>
Strong project management, organizational skills and use of project management technology (ex: Asana.)</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Proficiency with analysis and tech tools using Microsoft Office suite.</li><li>
Ability to maintain confidentiality.</li><li>
Collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented.</li><li>
Able to work hybrid schedule - 2 days remote, Tu-Wed-Thur in office</li></ul></li><li>
Preferred<ul><li>
2 years experience in recruiting or people operations</li><li>
Experience with people analytics and/or finance</li><li>
Experience with creating &amp; administering onboarding or internship programs</li><li>
Proficiency with HCMS tools, such as Rippling and Lattice</li><li>
Proficiency with Ai tools such as ChatGPT.</li></ul></li></ul>
