Provide strategic advisory and consultancy support to stakeholders by analyzing complex business challenges, recommending actionable solutions, and facilitating decision-making across partner organizations.</div></li><li><div>
Identify and prioritise high-value joint sourcing opportunities by category across QR and partner airlines.</div></li><li><div>
Establish and maintain a legally compliant governance framework for joint procurement activities including clean room structures.</div></li><li><div>
Coordinate with Corporate Development, Legal, and Procurement teams to ensure appropriate risk and compliance controls.</div></li></ul><div></div>
Operational:<ul><li><div>
Drive end-to-end project management for synergy initiatives, including planning, resource allocation, timeline control, and risk mitigation to ensure successful delivery within agreed scope and budget</div></li><li><div>
Conduct detailed market, spend, and supplier analysis to support sourcing decisions and synergy opportunity identification.</div></li><li><div>
Track, report, and communicate synergy value capture across projects and partners, ensuring accountability and results.</div></li><li><div>
Liaise with procurement leads in equity partners, and internally within QRG alongside category and departmental specialists, to align on category strategy, targets, and execution plans.</div></li><li><div>
Monitor supplier performance and ensure commercial terms are embedded consistently across jurisdictions.</div></li><li><div>
Facilitate workshops, reviews, and working groups with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate delivery.</div></li><li><div>
Develop process improvement capabilities, tools and techniques in order to support the business to reach their business objectives.</div></li></ul>

Support development of procurement-related reporting and dashboards for Qatar Airways Board and Investment Committee.</div></li><li><div>
Contribute to the wider transformation and value creation agenda led by Corporate Development.</div></li><li><div>

Provide input on risk mitigation strategies and contractual protections in cross-border sourcing.</li></ul>

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams.</li><li>
Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.</li><li>
Proven track record of linking strategic initiatives to execution plans.</li><li>
Strong ability to engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, through effective communication and collaboration.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to influence and engage with senior leadership, including SVPs and VPs, through strategic insights and recommendations.</li><li>
Proven ability to apply industry knowledge to drive operational improvements and synergies.</li><li>
Experience in organization transformations working in diverse cultural environments.</li><li>
