 Position Summary
 
 
 
 The Sales and Marketing Specialist drives revenue growth by generating new sales, managing client relationships, and supporting brand and marketing strategies across Dreaming Out Loud&rsquo;s wholesale, retail, and catering channels. This role blends traditional sales responsibilities, account management, and branded marketing with a strong focus on consumer-packaged goods (CPGs). The Specialist will lead the full sales cycle from lead generation and outreach to proposals and tastings to ensuring excellent customer service and account retention. Compensation:

The anticipated starting salary (base) range for this role is $44,000 - $65,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.

This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.

You will serve as the internal subject matter expert for all messaging operations and work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Development, Legal, and Client Services. 
 
This role is hands-on and technical. The ideal candidate understands carrier behavior, A2P 10DLC registration strategy, throughput management, filtering mitigation, and multi-tenant messaging architecture.

Reporting to the General Manager and with a dotted line reporting relationship with the Proprietor, the Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for shaping and executing innovative marketing strategies that elevate The Inn&rsquo;s brand positioning, drive global awareness, and create meaningful connections with luxury travelers worldwide. for the development and execution of an annual strategic and integrated plan that is comprised of Sales, Marketing and social media communications strategies that support the hotel&rsquo;s business objectives.
Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Manages the development of a strategic account plan for the demand generators in the market.</li><li>Manages the property&rsquo;s reactive and proactive sales efforts.</li><li>Develops transient &amp; group events book of business.
