Schedule: M-F from approximately 7am-2pmAs an on-site Hospitality Porter/Barista with HUNGRY, you will play a key role in maintaining client relationships &amp; ensuring overall account success. You&rsquo;ll be in an energetic environment where you&rsquo;ll have the ability to master your food &amp; beverage craft, work alongside friends, and meet new people every day.You&rsquo;d make a great on-site Hospitality Porter if you:<ul><li>Have experience in client success, hospitality, or operations, and love building relationships with customers</li><li>Consider yourself a &ldquo;people person,&rdquo; and enjoy meeting others.</li><li>Love working as a team and appreciate the chance to collaborate.</li><li>Understand how to create a great customer service experience.</li><li>Have a focus on quality and take pride in your work.</li><li>Are comfortable working independently with responsibilities.</li><li>Can keep cool and calm in a fast-paced &amp; energetic work environment.</li><li>Can maintain a clean and organized workspace.</li><li>Have excellent communications skills.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Personal Vehicle, Driver's License, &amp; Insurance</li><li>Previous Hospitality &amp; Barista experience and proven track record of success</li><li>Possess a current food handler card and understand basic food safety principles</li><li>Understand maintaining a clean and organized workspace.</li><li>Meticulous, dependable, organized, forward thinking, initiative-taking, positive, and approachable.</li><li>Accurate problem reporting and resolution</li><li>Careful understanding of products, allergens, and ingredients.</li><li>Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions &amp; request clarification when needed</li><li>Prepare coffee drinks by following recipes and preparation techniques</li><li>Troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, assisting with performing preventive maintenance.</li><li>Quality Assurance of products, including but not limited to: dry goods, beverages, perishable produce, coffee, dairy, and more.</li></ul>Sample Daily WorkflowCoffee Machine Services:<ul><li>Replenish coffee beans</li><li>Reset waste bins, empty drip trays</li><li>Maintain clean machines inside &amp; out</li></ul>Inventory tasks/storage room:<ul><li>Properly store inventory: dry goods vs refrigerated using FIFO rotation</li><li>Break down cardboard boxes, take out trash &amp; recycling</li><li>Make list of items needed for next delivery and submit before noon</li></ul>Water machine services:<ul><li>Empty &amp; reattach drip trays if water is collecting</li><li>Clean machine and wipe down the outside</li></ul>Snack services:<ul><li>Take note of low inventory items during morning setup</li><li>Make sure package labels are facing front &amp; visible</li><li>Remove any expired products from the kitchens</li></ul>Fruit Service:<ul><li>Distribute all types of fruit to each kitchen on every floor</li><li>Quality check the fruit before distributing - remove any damaged fruit</li><li>Make sure the fruit bowls are full in each kitchen, but do not overfill</li><li>Every Friday afternoon, remove the fruit from the floors &amp; properly sort for donations</li></ul>Expired Products:<ul><li>Return any expired products to the storage room to be counted</li><li>Properly separate the products into bins</li><li>Notify solutions desk of expired products, so they can be returned to warehouse</li></ul>Schedule: M-F from approximately 7am-2pmCompensation: $23-25/hrHUNGRY is an Equal Opportunity Employer that does not discriminate on the basis of actual or perceived race, creed, color, religion, alienage or national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, disability or handicap, sex, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, arrest record, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.
