 Role Summary:
 
 
 
 The Statistical Analyst will play a key role in supporting performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making across project operations. This position is essential to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and effective analysis of operational data while supporting continuous improvement initiatives through statistical evaluation and reporting.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Analyze operational data and field monitoring reports submitted by contractors and supervision teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and assess Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all cleaning services, including sweeping, collection, transfer, and landfill operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize statistical analysis tools and methodologies to evaluate performance trends and identify patterns
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual analytical reports highlighting achievements, performance trends, and deviations
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize operational performance and key metrics
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct comparative analyses across zones and contracts to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze complaints data received through the 940 system and correlate findings with service quality indicators
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the Quality Specialist and Project Manager to enhance analytical models and decision-support tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data used in official project reports

 </ul>
 
 Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Analysis, Data Science, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, performance measurement, statistical reporting, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional certification or formal training in statistical analysis tools such as SPSS or equivalent software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools, including SPSS, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Analyst to support efficient and safe warehouse operations in Jeddah. This role is key to ensuring accurate inventory management, smooth material flow, and compliance with safety and quality standards in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

About the Role</h2>
As a Warehouse Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse activities across consumables, finished goods, and raw materials. You will ensure accurate stock control, efficient warehouse processes aligned with FIFO principles, and strong coordination between warehouse, production, and logistics teams.
You will also play a key role in maintaining SAP data accuracy and supporting both inbound and outbound operations.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

You will be part of the Supply Chain team, working closely with Manufacturing, Logistics, and Planning functions. The team focuses on operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement while supporting business growth in Saudi Arabia.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Support daily warehouse operations including receiving materials and dispatching finished goods</li><li>
Ensure timely and accurate issuance of raw and packaging materials to production based on plans</li><li>
Execute SAP transactions such as goods receipt, transfer postings, goods issue, and shipments</li><li>
Monitor inventory accuracy, including stock levels, expiry dates, and slow-moving materials</li><li>
Participate in cycle counts, variance analysis, and corrective actions</li><li>
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics and internal stakeholders</li><li>
Ensure compliance with FIFO principles and company policies</li><li>
Promote safe warehouse practices and monitor forklift operations in line with safety standards</li><li>
Maintain 5S standards and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>
Support training and scheduling of warehouse operators</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Experience You&rsquo;ll Bring</h2><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field</li><li>
2+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory management (FMCG preferred)</li><li>
