Job Summary 
 
As a Stylist, you&rsquo;re our key brand ambassador, embodying personal style and product passion. You&rsquo;re responsible for delivering outstanding customer service that leads to genuine, loyal customer connections; working to drive the business and increase the profitability of your store. You&rsquo;re as committed to helping customers find their authentic selves, as you are to delivering results and spreading a culture of product expertise across your entire team.
 
 
What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul><li>Excel in the incentive-based styling program by meeting the required sales per hour (SPH) and key performance indicator (KPI) goals.
</li><li>Be the brand ambassador &amp; product expert, building incremental sales through wardrobing.
</li><li>Utilize in-store relationships, customer profiles, and the loyalty program to attract and retain new clients.
</li><li>Build meaningful, lasting relationships through authentic, personalized interactions and one-to-one clienteling.
</li><li>Deliver a best-in-class styling experience while embodying the service expectations outlined in our selling training.
</li><li>Know your store&rsquo;s neighborhood; the events, artists, local influencers and style-makers.
</li><li>Identify and host appointments and in-store events through community networking, local marketing, and college outreach.
</li><li>Stay informed about our competitors, current trends, and the interests of the local community.
</li><li>Share product feedback, insights, and ideas with the management team.

Who You Are
<ul><li>Are at least 18 years old.
</li><li>Have previous experience in one-to-one clienteling.
</li><li>Thrive in a results-driven environment.
</li><li>Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
</li><li>Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
</li><li>Exhibit teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
</li><li>Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
</li><li>Have scheduling flexibility, including: nights, weekends and holidays.
</li><li>Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos.

Hourly Range: $19.00 - $23.75

The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate&rsquo;s geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
