<div>Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations and activities of assigned revenue cycle team. Basic Qualifications &amp; Interests:<ul><li>
Expertise analyzing and reporting sales data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.</li><li>
Experience using and teaching time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking project plans and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.</li><li>
Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within Option Care and externally with customers (ex. medical director, head of case management, executive c-suite individuals).</li></ul>

The Department of Neurological Surgery has an outstanding opportunity for a Research Coordinator 2 to join their team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
50% Training Project startup:
<ul><li>Partner with investigators, research teams and IHS clinics from across the country on the national training start-up. Support the design and implementation of clinical training.
</li><li>Ensure that projects are executed successfully and completed within needed timeframes to meet research objective
</li><li>Serve as the point-person for tracking tasks and documents between UW and the IHS, and provide reports to faculty leadership on a weekly basis.
</li><li>Assist in complex IRB submittals
</li><li>Oversee and facilitate regulatory, budgetary, contractual, and all other aspects of training protocols, ensuring compliance with applicable federal regulations, institutional policies, and the principles of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) as needed.
</li><li>Obtaining and submitting budget/billing information, initiation of CTAs, developing billing grids, communicating with clinical sites.
 </li><li>Identify potential challenges and suggest appropriate courses of action in a timely manner and forward concerns and solutions to training leadership as appropriate.

<ul><li>Assist in the design and rollout of the training modules

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience.
