Senior Associate:
We are seeking individuals that can be part of a team that delivers large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for private equity clients and their portfolio companies. A&amp;M Managers frequently work on the following types of engagements:<ul><li>
Pre-acquisition IT diligence assignments focused on the following key areas: Business systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, and CRM); IT Infrastructure; Enterprise Architecture; Software Development Lifecycle; Budgetary analysis; and Organizational / Personnel assessment</li><li>
Merger-integration and carve-out execution</li><li>
Day-1 and 100-day planning and execution - driving performance improvement in key areas such as ERP; back office ; supply chain; BI / reporting integration; customer and channel management; track progress against Day-1 and Day-100 objectives, adjusting strategies or personnel as required</li></ul><ul><li>
Implement the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
3-6 years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience, with a minimum of three years specializing in systems implementations, merger integration, business transformation, and change management</li><li>
Deep functional expertise in one of more of the following areas:<ul><li>
IT Pre-Acquisition Diligence</li><li>
IT merger integration and carve-out</li><li>
Business / IT transformation program / project management (e.g., ERP)</li><li>
Collaboration and leading change to improve key business functions, such as supply chain and/or finance/accounting</li><li>
IT operations</li><li>
Solution architecture</li><li>
Enterprise architecture and infrastructure</li><li>
IT assessment and strategy development</li><li>
IT performance improvement and cost reduction</li></ul></li><li>
Proven writing skills with a desire to produce polished client-facing documents</li><li>
Excellent fact-gathering and analytical skills, including business process mapping and quantitative analysis</li><li>
Specific experience designing and supervising the execution of internally-focused and externally-focused change/communications strategy.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required</li><li>
Flexibility to travel at least 75% of time</li></ul>
The salary range is $100,000 - $150,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&amp;M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
Full-time Positions and Part-time Positions Over 30 hours
Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are also entitled to participate in Alvarez &amp; Marsal Holdings&rsquo; fringe benefits consisting of healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&amp;D, and disability coverages at rates determined from time to time as well as a 401(k) retirement plan. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive a discretionary contribution to their 401(k) from Alvarez &amp; Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. The amount of vacation and personal days available varies based on tenure and role type.
