<ul><li>RFP and New Business Support:&bull; Lead minor RFP project and support lead engineer on major RFP projects by leading automation selection and validation on new business sale projects by identifying potential automation technologies.&bull; Build ROI and justification based upon multiple criteria in order to select the optimal solution design&bull; Support build of presentation with Lead Automation Solutions Engineer</li>
<li>SOW (Scope of Work) Contractual Validation:&bull;Support automation project lead on identifying gaps in vendor FSD/SOW using the FSD Checklist process</li>
<li>Design Validation:&bull; Provide input on automation solution designs to ensure that key items are considered for implementation and ongoing operational performance&bull; Review design options for clearance issues, power requirements, cost effeictiveness and SLA targets.</li>
<li>Automation Procurement:&bull; Help lead build collateral for vendor tech review request and requests for quotes.&bull; Review design options for various vendors and solutions</li>

In this role, you will be responsible for daily freight forwarding operations including, but not limited to customer service, shipment tracking, document handling, and regulatory compliance. The export specialist plans and schedules appropriate services to maintain an effective balance between customer service and shipment costs. The export specialist develops a thorough understanding of our clients&rsquo; shipping requirements and patterns; demonstrates sound customer service and data entry skills; and develops job related knowledge to support growth within their current position and further career development.
</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><ul>

Enter transportation data to meet regulatory and tracking requirements.
</li><li>Ensure regulatory requirements are met and proper documentation, including transit and customs clearance documents, exist for shipments.
</li><li>Ensure documentation is accurately processed, distributed, and released to carriers, forwarders, customers, and agents, in a timely manner.

The Pipeline Operator performs terminal and station operations both in and outside responsibilities. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>
Plans vessel arrival, directs position of the vessel along the dock, places gangway equipment from the vessel to shore, and attaches loading arms to vessel.</li><li>
