 As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will have an immediate impact on the NFL Employee and Candidate Experience by supporting the Talent Acquisition process. You will participate in recruiting and candidate experience, from posting open requisitions, managing automated and manual interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Operations Experience Managers (Ops XM) are members of the store leadership team responsible for executing store standards, including customer service, department readiness, and operational processes. This role leads the Order Fulfillment team in executing best practices for picking, staging, and loading to ensure an excellent interconnected experience. The Ops XM drives operational excellence by physically executing inbound freight processes and auditing receiving procedures to verify SOP adherence. Additionally, they are responsible for implementing Shrink Action Plans within their areas of responsibility. The Ops XM performs Manager on Duty (MOD) functions - including safe opening and closing processes&mdash;strictly in accordance with established SOPs, escalating non-standard issues to the Store Manager or ASM. When serving as the MOD, they implement business decisions by partnering with appropriate resources and following SOPs. This position requires strict adherence to all timekeeping and break policies. Ops XMs provide input to store leadership on associate performance, talent planning, and selection. They coach and train associates on company policies, safety procedures, and customer service, while championing a safe working environment by ensuring associates complete training, correcting hazards immediately, and upholding all company safety standards.

30% - Customer Service / Experience - Service Leadership: Champion the GET culture by working alongside the team to model proper techniques and providing real-time coaching on the sales floor. Position Summary

Reporting to the Associate Director, the Assistant Director, Career Design Lab works as part of the Career Design Lab team in advising and educating students regarding career goals, strategies and individual professional development through individual advising sessions, small group workshops and presentations. The Assistant Director works closely with the Associate Director in marketing, facilitating and evaluating programming including workshops, panels, on-campus and online recruitment events plus networking opportunities. Supporting the web-based career management system, website and online programming as well as general employer relations, the Assistant Direct also directly supervises Student Interns.

Responsibilities

Career Services Generalist
<ul>
<li>Provide school-wide programs and services for students, alumni, and employers.</li>
<li>Work in various Standing teams on long-term, school-wide projects, services, and programs as well as Agile Teams for short-term pilot projects and testing.</li>
</ul>
Program-Specific Support
<ul>
<li>Work directly with academic director and administrators from assigned program(s) for tailored support.</li>
<li>Provide career advising including individual coaching sessions to students, resume/CV critiques, and the administration of assessment inventories, mock interviews, and job search techniques.</li>
<li>Develop a repository of career development resources that is available to all SPS students (e.g. external resources as well as internally produced materials).</li>
<li>Develop initiatives focused on industry specific career outreach in targeted industries.</li>
<li>Facilitate a wide-range of recruitment opportunities for the benefit of SPS students in your assigned program(s); manage the design and delivery of recruiting activities for these students; maintain relationships to support the potential of future opportunities; uphold quality of recruiting services provided, and retain employer related data to improve the recruiting program.</li>
<li>Align qualified student talent with employer interest and needs; implement assessment based strategies to effectively cultivate student talent; manage the coordination of program-specific career events; oversee the communication between appropriate campus departments and program participants; conduct on-going assessment and provide feedback as to the effectiveness of such events.</li>
<li>Maintain the quality of resume books and processes, resume referral, and other methods of presenting students and alumni to employers; establish and enforce guidelines for student participation in the recruiting program including recruiting deadlines, procedures, and schedules.</li>
<li>May be responsible for supervising the work of one (1) or more employees.</li>
</ul>

Minimum Qualifications

<li>Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent related experience required.</li>

Preferred Qualifications

<li>Experience in a supervisory role including the training and development of staff is strongly preferred.</li>

Other Requirements

<li>Experience with career advising in higher educational setting with strong knowledge and experience with career coaching.</li>
<li>Ability to work well under pressure, balance school-wide and program-specific workload with shifting priorities and short-deadlines.</li>
<li>Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and carefully manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously with short deadlines in a high volume environment.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required, particularly for building trust and effective relationships with assigned academic programs.</li>
