   Drive full lifecycle of recruitment by:

  . This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in recruitment, employer branding, and candidate management while supporting the company&rsquo;s hiring needs.

   Key Responsibilities:

   Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, and professional networks.
  </li>
  <li>
   Screen resumes and shortlist applicants based on job requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-up communication with candidates.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support in building talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Help prepare job postings, job descriptions, and recruitment materials.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist with onboarding tasks such as document collection and orientation coordination.

  </li>

   Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning HR systems.

   Passionate about HR, recruitment, and talent development.
