The pay range for this position is $118,449.00 - $195,142.50; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.

<div><p><b>Oracle Cloud Reports Developer
</b></p><p>The Oracle Cloud Reports Developer will focus on HCM report development.</p>
<p>The Oracle Cloud Reports Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality reporting solutions from Oracle Cloud Applications. This role provides hands-on technical experience in cloud report development that ensures performance, accuracy, security, and alignment with enterprise standards.</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul><li>Design and build reports using Oracle Cloud reporting tools including OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion data models to meet operational, regulatory, and executive reporting needs.</li>
<li>Advise on best practices for querying Oracle Cloud data by thoroughly understanding the Oracle Cloud HCM data model.</li>
<li>Collaborate with business teams to gather functional reporting requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications that align with best practice documentation standards.</li>
<li>Coordinate with reporting users to unit test and performance tune report queries, ensuring data accuracy and achieving user acceptance.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve report defects, data discrepancies, and performance issues.</li>
<li>Maintain reporting standards, documentation, and reusable assets to promote consistency and scalability across implementations.</li>

BASIC FUNCTION:</div><div>
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Multimedia &amp; Digital Communications, in the Office of University Communications, the Videographer/Multimedia Specialist is responsible for planning, directing, and conducting video and photo shoots both in studio and on location. The role involves capturing content related to Howard University leadership, campus events, activities, and meetings. The position also entails producing storytelling content that aligns with the University&rsquo;s brand identity and supports its reputation. Strong storytelling abilities, technical proficiency, and photography skills are required to create various types of digital and long-form video content to address institutional objectives.</div><div></div><div>
