<li>Operates PC and software applications to generate tables, charts, memoranda, reports, and correspondence. May take dictation and maintain databases.</li>

<li>May answer telephones, route callers, take messages and provide routine information to clients or customers.Handle department classified and confidential information as needed.</li>

<li>2 or more years of experience in clerical capacity</li>
<li>United States Citizenship</li>
<li>Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance (some positions require additional DOE designations)</li>
<li>Ability to work on-site as directed by management and as determined by the needs of the business</li>
<li>Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job</li>
<li>Ability to travel up to 5% of the time</li>
