You will design, manage, and optimise end-to-end data pipelines that integrate Viva Insights with employee survey platforms, HR systems, and other enterprise data sources, supporting advanced analytics and strategic programmes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Organisational Effectiveness, Culture &amp; Behaviour, and Data Science, translating business requirements into robust data solutions. To be successful as a Viva Insights Administrator and Data Engineer, you should have experience with:
