Essential Job Duties:</b><b>

Initiate warehouse operations each day (open doors for business, turn on boiler fans, air compressor and <i>experience preferred. Heat</i> box as needed)</li><li>
Inventory reports and inventory management (weekly and monthly)</li><li>
Check shipments to be filled each day (will calls and scheduled pick-ups) and pull orders accordingly</li><li>
Assist in load verification and offloading/loading of packaged goods</li><li>
Note all special shipping instructions, ensure those instructions are followed</li><li>
Documenting (written and photo) of incoming and outgoing goods</li><li>
Responsible for all warehouse areas (organization, tidiness, emptying oil waste, etc.)</li><li>
Working with other departments (Lab, Blenders, etc.) to streamline production and logistics</li><li>
Pulling, staging, and labeling of drums, totes, pails and stainless-steel totes waiting to be filled</li><li>
Running the drumline filling system and ensuring all drums and totes are filled correctly and safely</li><li>
Filling and repackaging totes, drums, pails, and stainless-steel totes as needed</li><li>
Throwing dirty drums into the designated trailer for pickup</li><li>
Wrapping pallets of finished goods as needed</li><li>
Pumping flush oil totes into designated tank</li><li>
Ensure all safety requirements and precautions are followed and taken</li><li>
Cross-training for the performance of other duties at the company&rsquo;s facility</li><li>

Responsible for the loading/unloading of 53 ft. commercial trailers and the operation of scanners</li><li>
Use handheld scanners to efficiently track and maneuver freight through our distribution network</li><li>
Accurately label boxes and prepare freight for shipment</li><li>
Safely load and unload trailers by utilizing equipment such as hand trucks/pallets jack and forklifts</li><li>
Must be able to obtain certification and safely operate forklift and other machinery as required</li><li>
Verify documentation and condition of freight to assure quality standards are achieved</li><li>

<b>Position Summary:</b><br>
<br>
The OTG Warehouse Receiver stocks and maintains all warehouse inventory, including food, produce, supplies, and non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages; delivers to all OTG Management locations within the Airport Terminal; participates in quality control to ensure no damaged product is accepted into the warehouse or distributed to the OTG locations.<br>

<b>Responsibilities:</b><br>

Accepts and receives incoming merchandise into the warehouse<br>
<br>
Verifies the accuracy of incoming merchandise against invoice<br>
<br>
Organizes merchandise and stocks appropriately<br>
<br>
Maintains stock in an organized and clean fashion<br>
<br>
Cleans, sanitizes and organizes the storeroom including all shelving, floors, and ceilings to OTG specifications<br>
<br>
Inspects incoming merchandise to ensure quality standards<br>
<br>
Fulfill orders per distribution requests<br>
<br>
Maintains the inventory of all warehouse items<br>
<br>
Communicates runouts and service/quality problems to Supervisor/MOD<br>
<br>
Adheres to sanitation and FIFO (first in, first out) regulations<br>
<br>
Clean, sweeps, mop, and restocks as necessary<br>
<br>
Performs other duties as assigned<br>

<br>
<b>Qualifications and Requirements:</b><br>
<br>
Must understand and adhere to all airport rules and regulations<br>
<br>
Ability to read invoices and count product<br>
<br>
Knowledge of health and sanitation regulations and First in, First out (FIFO) guidelines<br>
<br>
Ability to life 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 85 pounds on occasion<br>
<br>
Ability to climb ladders to store and retrieve product<br>
<br>
Ability to push and pull delivery cart<br>
<br>
<br>
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally to coworkers and management<br>
<br>
Must be able to work varied hours/days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather conditions<br>
