Job Title: Arabic Female Social Media Manager (Design & AI) – ONEA ClinicJob Type: Full-time
Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 8,000 per month
Location: Dubai, UAE (Candidate MUST currently reside in Dubai)
About Us
ONEA Clinic is a premium aesthetic medical centre in Dubai, renowned for providing world-class skin, anti-aging, and cosmetic treatments. We are looking for a highly creative, organized, and tech-savvy Arabic Female Social Media Manager to take ownership of our digital presence, daily content output, and brand aesthetic.
About the Role
In this dynamic role, you will not only manage our social media platforms but also act as our in-house designer and digital organizer. You will be actively creating Reels and Stories, designing stunning visual posts, utilizing AI to speed up workflows, and managing our digital assets via Google Drive.

- Aesthetics Experience: You must have proven social media management experience specifically within an Aesthetic Medical Centre, Cosmetic Clinic, or Dermatology center.
- UAE Experience: You must have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience working in the UAE market.
- Dubai Resident: You must currently live in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Reels & Stories Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality, engaging daily content, specifically focusing on Instagram/TikTok Reels, Stories, and behind-the-scenes clinic updates.
- Graphic Design: Create premium, visually appealing graphics and layouts for social media posts, promotions, and announcements using design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- AI Tool Integration: Actively use modern Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for generating copy, enhancing images, brainstorming creative concepts, and optimizing the daily content workflow.
- Digital Asset Management: Efficiently manage, categorize, and organize all clinic media files, photos, videos, and content calendars using Google Drive ensuring the whole team has easy access to digital assets.
- Platform Management: Schedule posts, monitor organic engagement, and reply to patient comments across all clinic social media platforms.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Demographics/Language:Arabic-speaking Female (mandatory for content targeting and clinical environment) with fluent English (spoken and written).
- Industry Experience (Dealbreaker): Solid background running social media for an Aesthetic, Dermatology, or Cosmetic Clinic. You must understand aesthetic treatments and medical advertising guidelines.
- UAE Experience (Dealbreaker): Verifiable social media experience within the UAE.
- Location (Dealbreaker): Current resident of Dubai.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in graphic design, mobile video editing (e.g., CapCut, InShot), Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets), and advanced AI content tools.
