We are looking for ambitious and professional *fresh graduates* who want to build a career in sales, business development, marketing, and technology.
Previous sales experience is *not required*.
The selected candidates will receive structured internal training in sales, client communication, business development, AI tools, agency services, CRM systems, and professional business practices.
The Role
As a Sales Assistant, you will support Innovex's sales and business development activities while being trained to gradually handle more responsibility.
You will learn how to identify potential clients, communicate professionally with businesses, understand client requirements, use modern AI and sales tools, maintain sales records, prepare for meetings, and support the team throughout the sales process.
This position is designed for graduates who are ambitious, confident, willing to learn, and interested in developing a professional career in sales and business development.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
* Researching potential companies, brands, and prospective clients.
* Identifying relevant decision-makers within companies.
* Supporting lead generation and prospecting activities.
* Assisting with telephone calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other business communication.
* Following up with prospective clients under the guidance of the sales team.
* Updating leads, opportunities, communications, and follow-ups in the CRM.
* Preparing information before client meetings and sales presentations.
* Assisting with quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales documents.
* Attending client meetings when required.
* Learning Innovex's services and understanding how they can solve different client requirements.
* Coordinating internally with marketing, creative, production, digital, and other departments when required.
* Maintaining professional communication with prospective and existing clients.
* Learning how to manage a sales pipeline from prospecting through to closing.
* Using AI tools to support research, communication, sales preparation, productivity, and business development.
* Completing internal sales and professional development training.
* Supporting the sales team with daily administrative and commercial activities.

Candidate Requirements
### Mandatory Requirements
* Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* *Professional fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.*
* Strong verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
* Good written communication skills in Arabic and English.
* Professional attitude and presentation.
* Strong willingness to learn.
* Good computer skills.
* Comfortable communicating with new people.
* Organized and able to follow instructions and processes.
* Able to work full-time from our Dubai office.

## Salary
*AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month*
The final salary will depend on the candidate's qualifications, communication ability, interview performance, and overall potential.
