Your Impact

<div><p>Structure Tone Boston, part of STO Building Group is looking for a Superintendent with to support our corporate and commercial tenant improvement projects. The Superintendent is responsible for the timely and cost-effective field coordination, quality control and day-to-day supervision of subcontracted work forces for construction projects.
</p><p>Responsibilities include but not limited to:
</p><ul><li>Prepares the project schedule, maintains reports accurately describing project status

</li><li>Reviews status and project progress with the Project Manager and client representatives on a regular basis. Large projects include multiple Superintendents.

</li><li>Analyzes manpower, material, equipment requirements, and interfaces the requirements with others as designated by supervising superintendent.
</li><li>Implements and enforces policies, procedures and related work rules as established by field construction Management
</li><li>Prepares reports and forecasts, as required, and keeps supervisors informed on progress of overall assigned activities
</li><li>Ensures safety standards and requirements are implemented and adhered to by craftsmen and others when in the operational area, tools and equipment are in safe condition and operated safely.
</li><li>Coordination of Lock-out Tag-out with responsible subcontractors of utilities such as Nitrogen, Vacuum, Compressed Air, RODI, and Steam
</li>Manage QA/QC and understanding of client engineering specifications or requirements.<br>

Administrative Director, Faculty, Associate Faculty, and staff. The position serves as a resource to other Ob/Gyn employees at all levels and acts as liaison between VCRB and MGB Ob/Gyn Offices. The Executive Assistant works independently, receiving minimal supervision and guidance, and possesses expert knowledge of office routine, machines, and information systems, as well as an understanding of the organization, programs and procedures related to the work of the Center staff. Daily responsibilities encompass scheduling of administrative meetings, calendar management, coordinating activities with other departments and hospital leadership, and helping the Administration with department projects and initiatives. The candidate must have well-developed organizational and communication skills capable of working independently to produce consistent quality work with minimal supervision and guidance.<br>

Additional duties include purchasing, accounts payable, and database management, and preparing documents needed for grant applications.
