Project Design & Technical Support

<li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in lighting technologies, control systems, and automated shading.</li>
</ul>
<b>Showroom Operations:</b><br>
<ul>
<li>Ensure the showroom consistently meets brand standards by being clean, well-presented, and organized to support sales objectives.</li>
<li>Develop proficiency in utilizing the company’s order entry and operating systems.</li>
<li>Independently manage showroom opening and closing procedures, including participation in a rotating Saturday schedule. The showroom remains closed on Sundays.</li>
</ul>
<b>What you will bring:</b><br>
<ul>
<li>3+ years’ experience in retail or showroom sales, ideally in luxury home furnishings, lighting, or building materials; 2+ years in retail lighting strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Background in interior design, custom home building products, luxury furnishings, and/or lighting required.</li>
<li>High School Diploma required: Bachelor’s degree preferred.</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; D365 knowledge preferred.</li>
<li>Experienced with CRM/ERP systems for client management and project tracking.</li>
<li>Project management skills, able to manage client expectations and timelines efficiently.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of product design, including interpreting floor plans and lighting layouts.</li>

Role Overview</b></p><p>
We&rsquo;re looking for a <b>Director of Demand Generation</b> to serve as the senior owner of office-side pipeline creation and revenue acceleration. This isn&rsquo;t a campaign manager role. This is a systems builder who will design, own, and scale the growth engine that drives qualified office acquisition, activation, and long-term revenue across GoTu&rsquo;s marketplace.</p><p>
You&rsquo;ll own the full funnel from lead generation through activation and revenue realization, build the lifecycle architecture, and create the connective tissue between marketing programs, sales handoffs, and revenue outcomes. You&rsquo;ll manage vendor relationships, take ownership of key KPIs, and lead experimentation across channels and tools; including AI-powered workflows to unlock incremental growth.</p><p></p><p><br>
This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing and will play a central part in making marketing a measurable, indispensable driver of office growth.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Own office-side pipeline creation end-to-end: lead generation through activation and revenue realization</li><li>
Build and scale integrated demand programs across paid media, SEO, ABM, lifecycle marketing, email, community, and partnerships</li><li>
Design and execute full lifecycle journeys for a two-sided marketplace, including segmentation by office type, geography, and business maturity</li><li>
Optimize CAC, conversion rates, and payback periods through rigorous testing, experimentation, and funnel analysis</li><li>
Partner closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to improve lead quality, handoff velocity, and activation rates</li><li>
Develop attribution frameworks and reporting that clearly connect marketing spend to revenue outcomes</li><li>
Own and manage vendor relationships; setting clear expectations, holding partners accountable to deliverables, and making data-driven decisions on renewals and terminations</li><li>
Lead channel diversification efforts to reduce reliance on any single source of growth</li><li>
Forecast pipeline impact and support revenue planning in partnership with executive leadership</li><li>
Evaluate, recommend, and implement new marketing tools and platforms (ABM, enrichment, automation) that expand our capabilities</li><li>
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, filling necessary skill gaps as the function scales</li><li>

4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing leadership</li><li>
Proven track record of personally owning and growing pipeline, not just supporting it</li><li>
Deep understanding of full-funnel economics, attribution models, and lifecycle management</li><li>
Hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines: SEO, email, paid, ABM, community, and partnerships</li><li>
Strong proficiency with modern marketing technology stacks: comfortable evaluating, implementing, and optimizing tools</li><li>
Demonstrated vendor management skills with the interpersonal ability to hold partners accountable</li><li>
