 We are looking for a commercially driven, relationship-oriented, and ambitious
 
 Business Development &amp; Partnership Manager
 
 to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, creating new business opportunities, and driving sustainable growth. You will play a key role in expanding Denebunu&rsquo;s client network, strengthening brand relationships, and contributing directly to our commercial success.

 Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and manage strong relationships with existing and potential clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead commercial discussions and partnership processes from first contact to closing
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand client needs and position Denebunu&rsquo;s solutions in line with their goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored partnership opportunities and proposals
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging growth opportunities
 </li>

 Your Profile
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or account growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with brands, agencies, or B2B clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong commercial mindset and confidence in client-facing communication
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in Turkish and English
 </li>
 </ul>
