About the position

The Consular and Crisis Management Officer oversees the delivery of consular, passport, and notarial services to Australian citizens in Pakistan, in accordance with departmental guidelines. Working closely with the Senior Administrative Officer and the Consular and Passport Manager, the position provides high-level support in the management of complex consular cases, including arrests and detentions, hospitalisations, medical evacuations, deaths, and whereabouts enquiries involving Australian citizens.
