 <div>Handles purchasing functions for researching items. Obtaining price quotes, entering information into university systems, receiving purchasing orders, and reconciles purchasing transactions (P-card, invoices, etc.) to the ledger. Resolves vendor billing problems. Prepares and monitors the monthly billing and invoicing process for all services rendered in a department, center, or auxiliary function (external and/or interdepartmental). Records and reconciles revenues and cash generated.
Handles travel requests and travel reimbursement processing. Assist with front desk duties, tends to staff and guests; in charge of finding solutions to office and maintenance issues, as needed.
Reconciles monthly / department ledger for varied types of accounts such as sponsored project accounts, E&amp;G, etc. Verifies and reconciles P-Cards transactions. Initiates and prepares non-payroll expenditure transfers to correct any discrepancies and allow for appropriate funds.
Runs routine reports and queries related to expenditures (actual vs. budget). Example: RSA (Remaining Spending Authority) report. Utilizes FAST, GO FAST, FAIR, and BANNER to generate routine fiscal and budget related reports. Monitors and tracks department/college/center spending (i.e., using commitment control, RSA, spreadsheets, etc.) and notify appropriate persons of potential deficits before they occur. Generates and sends out notices for additional money/fees due, grant/contract closeout, auxiliary account balances or deficits, etc.</div>
 <div>Minimum Qualifications: This position requires a High School diploma or equivalent with three years of work experience in positions with fiscal support duties. College or other relevant post-secondary coursework may substitute for the experience requirement on a year for year basis

<li>Provide a complete and successful implementation for your clients, while being a subject matter expert with our software.</li>
<li>Assists in conducting group presentations, training sessions and provides instruction on how to maneuver and maintain Asure Software.</li>
<li>Confer with customers by telephone or video calls and email to provide information about products and services.</li>
<li>Answer customer inquiries regarding system access or system questions to resolve problems.</li>
<li>Ask questions in accordance with instructions to obtain various specified information, such as client&rsquo;s primary and HR contact, employee headcount and work locations.</li>
<li>Investigate and correct errors on implementation cases and accounts in CRM system.</li>
<li>Relay client concerns to the appropriate team.</li>
<li>Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.</li>
<li>Retrieve corporate documents or case records.</li>
<li>Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken to resolve issues.</li>
<li>Work to determine root-cause issues, identify trends, and increase customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Work cross-departmentally with other groups to assist with client support to resolution and promote One Asure.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned to support overall departmental and Asure client needs.</li>
<li>Deliver results on time.</li>
<li>Ensure client product and Asure procedure adoption.</li>
<li>Provide status reports and overall project updates to the project team.</li></ul> 


Qualifications 
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>3+ years of proven professional consulting experience in implementing HCM software systems.</li>
<li>3+ years as an expert and/ or specialized knowledge of local, state and federal laws and regulations in Basic Payroll, Benefit Enrollment and Management, Recruitment, Performance Management and Developmental Tactics.</li>
<li>3+ years of proven experience with an HRIS, payroll software (Asure Software preferred), and web-based recruiting systems is preferred including logging into other systems and knowing what reports need to be pulled by the different systems.</li>
<li>3+ years proven project organization and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Passion for customer service and overall customer success.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.</li>
<li>Previous conflict management skills.</li>
<li>Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.</li>
<li>Ability to teach adult learners new technologies and processes.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other software applications and tools is required.</li>
<li>Willingness to learn and take ownership on projects.</li>
<li>Demonstrate critical thinking with the ability to approach problems tenaciously and with a sense of urgency.</li>
<li>Ability to travel from time to time (limited travel &lt; 5%).</li>
<li>Bilingual Spanish preferred.</li></ul> 


Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. Asure Software offers a variety of employee benefits.
