 We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented
 
 Accounts Assistant
 
 to support our client&rsquo;s retail operations. The primary focus of this role is to act as a third-party verifier to ensure inventory records and financial data accurately match real-time store activity.
 
 
 This role requires someone who is methodical, trustworthy, and comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and inventory systems. The candidate will work closely with the client&rsquo;s general manager and store staff to verify inventory counts, manage backlog inventory checks, and flag discrepancies proactively.
 
 
 The ideal candidate should be comfortable working remotely, coordinating with on-ground store employees, and maintaining accurate records. Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and a long-term mindset are essential for success in this role.
 
 
 
 Experience with inventory systems, bookkeeping support, and Excel-based tracking is highly preferred.
