Position Summary / Background</b></p><p>
Provide senior-level technical and operational subject matter expertise (SME) to a <b>federal national security organization's services division</b> and executive-level priority programs. This role supports <b>national security system development</b> (including FISA, National Security Letters (NSLs), and NDRR-related programs), user requirements gathering, Agile product backlog management in JIRA, risk assessment, documentation, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and high-level briefings for complex classified IT capabilities.</p><p><b>
